预测一：分开教学还是一起教学

Some people think that we should teach different children together, and others think the intelligent children should be taught separately. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

In an effort to create the right environment for students, school systems have come up with various ideas about the best way to educate students. Some people reckon that different children should be taught together, whereas others believe that they should be classified according to intelligence.
Those supporters of teaching together mention the equality of education. As a compulsory education, primary schools provide the same courses and knowledge to guarantee the same teaching standard. Children who live in different areas can have equal opportunities to sign up for divergent courses. In this sense, the influence from large gaps of living has been minimized.

By contrast, there is a voice of teaching children separately in order to increase teaching efficiency. Those proponents of this believe that if *art children are taught in a class where they can obtain abundant knowledge, they will be more likely to outperform their peers. However, there is no correct criterion to judge which one is more intelligent than others. IQ test is proved to be a failed one which cannot identify their intelligence in all aspects. Therefore, any entrance examination cannot assess a student comprehensively.

Even if children are taught separately, some mental problems will occur among them. On the one hand, those children study in advanced class may have a sense of superiority over others and this will lead to arrogance. On the other hand, those children who study in foundation one will sometimes have a feeling of frustration and failure which affect their future study.

In my view, all children should have an equal right to receive primary education and any kind of biased and unequal teaching policies should be prohibited. Meanwhile, there could be some classes where children are taught separately according to their interest and hobbies,
rather than their intelligence. Only when corrected schooling is adopted, can our children study in an equal teaching environment.
