然后永远5分。

这篇文章实际的辩论焦点是：will remain the most important source of news？注意看，实际上是网络和报纸那个是重要的新闻来源。

谋篇布局全在段：

写法一：认为网络将会是重要的新闻来源。

As the popularity of the Internet soars aross the globle, the traditional press is losing favour among many people. I would argue, therefore, that the Internet wil soon surpass newspapers as the most important way to find information about what is happening in the world.

写法二：认为报纸仍会是重要的新闻来源。

It is true that the popularity of the Internet has soared across the globe, and as a result the traditional press is losing favour among many. However, while some people are of the opinion that the Internet will soon surpass newspapers as the most important way to access news, I would argue that newspapers will still be the best place to find information about what is happening in the world.

写法三：认为网络和报纸将会是同样重要的新闻来源

The Internet is beginning to rival newspapers as the best place to find information about what is happening in the world. I believe that this trend will continue, and the Internet will soon be just as important as the traditional press.

这三种写法都可以。
