怎么才能写出亮眼的开头？

老师介绍到，其实我们可以把雅思写作题目中的提问方式分成四个大类：观点类(opinion essay)、讨论类(discussion essay)、报告类(report)和复合题（two-part questions）（ps. 单一的优缺点类题advantages and disadvantages出题概率已经很低)。每一种提问方式的题目都有自己不同的开头段写作方法。

Opinion Essay

观察观点类题目的特征，我们不难发现，此类题型的特征是题目有且只有一个观点。而题目要求我们回答的是 "同意" 或 "不同意" 或“中立”的观点。所以只要确定好自己的观点，开头段就可以写出来。

例如：Some people believe that living in big cities is bad for health.

Do you agree or disagree?

如果，我们选择同意此观点，可以根据 "背景句+直接转述题目+个人观点" 的公式。

In the current time, it is a commonplace that a growing number of people choose to settle down in major cities. (背景句) When a percentage of the public argues that leading an urban life would produce negative influences on citizens’ health, (直接转述题目 ) , I am also in favor of such viewpoint that this poses a threat to individual physical and mental health. (个人观点)

如果选择不同意题目观点，则可以用 "while" 表示转折来进行改写，得到：

In the current time, it is a commonplace that a growing number of people choose to settle down in major cities. (背景句) While a percentage of the public argues that leading an urban life would produce negative influences on citizens’ health, ( 直接转述题目 ) , I completely insist that urban life benefits them healthily . (个人观点)

如果选择中立，则可用“Although”的让步状语从句来改写：

In the current time, it is a commonplace that a growing number of people choose to settle down in major cities. (背景句) Although I also accept those adverse impacts caused by city life on citizens’ health, I still believe that healthily, it is beneficial for them to live in urban areas.(直接转述题目+个人中立观点)

Discussion Essay

观察讨论类的题目，可以发现，这样的题目会有两个观点，并且题目要求 "讨论双方观点" 和 "给出自己的观点"。这样的题目中，需要在开头段中写出背景句和转述双方观点同时也要表达出个人立场。

如：

Some people think citizens should be responsible for their own health costs. Others think it is better to have a healthcare system which provides free health services.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

这个题目的开头段就可以写为：

It is true that there exists a controversy as to whether individual health costs need to depend on citizens themselves or the healthcare system from the government. (背景句+双方观点)

Actually, it is, I believe, tough to balance both sides of the debate due to their own merits.(个人立场)

Report

其实 report 相对简单，因为通常题目会给出一个现象或趋势，所以开头段的组成部分就是改写题目写背景句，同时加写作意图。如：

In many parts of the world, children and teenagers are committing more crimes.

Why is this happening?

What are the possible solutions to solve this problem?

In recent years, it has been a commonplace that the rate of crime is on the rise all over the globe, especially juvenile delinquency. （背景句）The essay will examine the relevant factors behind the phenomenon and discuss the measures that governments and individuals can take to address the problem.（写作意图）

Two-part questions

复合题目，一般而言也会给出一个现象或者是趋势，这又刚好和我们开头段中的 "背景句" 吻合了，所以在这种提问方式的开头段有些类似报告题（report），但由于提问不同，所以要依据questions来明确写作意图。如：

There are many different types of music in the world today. Why do we need music? Is the traditional music of a country more important than the international music that is heard everywhere nowadays?

开头段可以写为：

It is true that a rich variety of musical styles can be found around the world. （背景句）The essay will explain why music is a vital part of all human cultures，and I would argue that traditional music is more important than modern, international music.（写作意图）
