一、前言

3、注意事项

（1）收信人是朋友时，一般写成非正式文体，即可以使用部分口语化表达；

（2）收信人是老师、上、同事或者商务人士，建议使用半正式或者正式文体；

（3）写作主体部分，细节必须详尽；

（4）无论收信人是何种身份，一定注意礼貌原则。
