2 青少年还可以通过教育改过自新。
虽然未满十八周岁的未成年人危害社会的行为造成其严重的社会后果，但他们的辨认能力和控制能力尚未完全成熟。考虑到他们尚未成熟，社会经验不丰富，人生观尚未定形，所实施的犯罪行为具有很强的模仿性。他们在各种因素诱导下，严重危害社会，并不表明他们对社会端仇恨，主观恶性不突出，人身危险性比较小，再犯可能性较小。
青少年的世界观等还不成熟，通过正确的引导还是mouldable的啦，相对各方面发展成熟的成人，对未成年人危害社会，即使不满十八周岁的未成年人犯下了其严重的客观后果，也应给其改过自新的机会，不适用死刑.
