一般，移民类雅思小作文书信写作内容包含三块内容。在表明写信来意之后，进入具体扩展环节，先具体扩展原因，比如：抱怨信。正文一般先交代抱怨的原因，为啥抱怨，因为什么原因而抱怨。这里就要用到因果扩展的内容，这个因果扩展和大作文，也就是议论文的扩展不同，小作文的扩展主要集中在对具体原因的描述上而不是评价上。所以所用语言比较口语化，句子较短，内容接地气。

You and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English-speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture.
Write a letter to the landlord. In your letter

• introduce yourself
• explain what is wrong with the furniture
• say what action you would like the landlord to take

在这道题目的三个任务中虽然没有包含原因任务，但是在写的时候照样需要提出抱怨的原因，比如因为之前向房东提出建议，但是房东没有理会，没有办法，只能用抱怨信的方式再次抱怨。标下划线和红字的内容即为原因分析。

Dear Mr. Smith,
I am your tenant from Flat 3 on Riverside Street. We met each other when I signed the rental agreement in your office.

I have lived here for 6 months now and I am writing to complain about some of the furniture. As you may remember, the dining table is in very poor condition and has uneven legs. It also does not match the dining chairs as there are too low to be comfortable for a table of that height. When I first pointed this out to you, you agreed to provide a brand new dining set. However, you have not done so and I would really like to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

If it is more convenient for you, perhaps you could simply replace the table by finding one of a suitable height for the chairs. This would solve the problems without too much cost, so I hope you agree to this proposed solution.
