With the technology boom, intelligentized computers have been widely used in many aspects of our lives. Some people say it is a great advance in human world, while some think otherwise. This essay will compare the pros and cons of this trend and come to a conclusive standpoint.

1. 帮助人类完成难以胜任的工作
Firstly, the robot with artificial intelligence can work in situations which are considered difficult and even impossible for human beings. For example, the nano-robot can be put into patients’ bodies and perform surgery more quickly and precisely than human surgeons.
2. 智能流水线提高生产效率
Secondly, the *art computer can be also applied in industrial production. Assembly lines equipped with the intelligent system can not only accomplish the repetitive and laborious task of production, but it can also improve productivity.
3. 人际互动，丰富娱乐
Lastly, computers’ becoming increasingly *art means that humankind has more opportunities to interact with the computer. Programmers are able to develop more video games or software with the application of the technique of artificial intelligence, enriching people’s recreational activities.
4. 开发和维护成本昂贵
To start with, the development and maintenance of these intelligent systems not only need a colossal amount of money, but they also require a team of computer specialists with proficient skills in programming. Consequently, artificial intelligence is a money-consuming project and it can be developed by a few people.

In addition to its cost, the human race should by no means overly rely on computers. The primary reason for this is that the widespread use of these *art systems will reduce the demand for human power. In other words, more and more workers have to quit their positions and our manipulating skills will be also sapped by using machines too much.
6. 难以预测电脑是否会立思考
Most dangerously, it is difficult to predict whether the computer can have its own mind and make decisions without human mandates. If this does happen, humans will fall victim to the devastating consequence, because it is hard to say if the system will interfere with and even assault humankind.

Overall, after considering the arguments mentioned above, it is safe to say that the computer becoming more and more intelligent is a double-edged sword for humans. The key point, I think, is to reasonably develop the intelligentized system and make it subject to humans’ instructions. Only by doing so, can human beings lead a more convenient and comfortable life with the help of *art computers.
