The invention of airplanes has strengthened the cultural and economic ties between countries worldwide. Today, we can purchase flight ticket at a discount. Personally, the pros of such a trend surely outnumber its cons.

A1. 降低出行成本 – 提高出行效率
Firstly, cheap air travel greatly decreases the cost on travelling. A growing number of people have the opportunities of travelling by air. This absolutely enhances their travel efficiency.

A2. 提高出行舒适度
Secondly, in terms of comfort, airplanes are superior to automobiles and even trains. The comfortable seat and considerate service alike enable passengers to enjoy an awesome travelling experience. Travelers therefore can save more time and energy for sightseeing.

A3.  发展旅游业 – *经济
Thirdly, one city is able to facilitate the development of touri* by virtue of the cut-rate flight ticket. It is widely accepted that the boom of touri* is likely to stimulate economy, generating more job opportunities, which is beneficial to the sustainable development of a city’s economy.

On the other hand, some individuals think otherwise. The fuel consumption of an airplane is considerably higher than any other means of transport, and because of this, taking flight tends to contaminate the atmosphere seriously than automobiles does.

As a matter of fact, according to a report released by FAA, there is no scientific evidence suggesting that planes can result in more air pollution than cars, if the passengers choose to travel by vehicles instead of airplanes.

So my conclusion is that not only can low-cost airlines offer us inexpensive flights, they also give us greater convenience and more options, on which we cannot put a price tag.
