To start with, architects should add more public spaces into modern residential buildings. What is more, those who have a heavy workload are supposed to spend part of their free time getting involved in these activities so as to build a desirable relationship with people who live next door. Apart from what have been mentioned above, the community council should be responsible of holding more group activities, encouraging residents to communicating and interacting with each other. Community activities can be organized by community schools, concentrating on the matters of common interest or concern.
