雅思小作文遇到描述操作流程怎么办？

流程图是雅思小作文中比较少见的，但是其中描述生产过程或操作流程的这类小作文可以说是难题，是很多考生无从下手的。因此老师来为考生们具体说一下这类问题应该如何去解决。

The progress chart demonstrates in 4 steps the collection of weather information and the production of weather forecasts in the Australian Bureau of Meteorology.
As can be seen in the chart, the first step is referred to as Incoming Information. Here in this step, the satellite, the radar, and the drifting buoy are used to collect up-to-the-minute weather information from the orbit, on the ground, and at sea. In the second stage, known as Analysis and Forecasting, what is got in the previous step is sent here in the forms of the satellite photo, the radar screen, and the synoptic chart.
