1、RUN

如果有escape path（逃生通道），attempt to evacuate(疏散)，evacuate whether others agree to or not.(不管是否),leave your belongings behind（丢下，不管）,尽可能帮助他人，prevent others from entering the area,安全之后立即报警。

prevent from doing 阻止，例如 Laws prevent people from abusing their power.

2、HIDE

Lock and/or blockade（封锁、挡住）the door,silence(v.使安静) your phone*调成静音，hide behind large objects(n.物体、目标v.反对)，remain quite。要注意选择合适的躲藏地点，应该是out of the shooter’s view(不在···视线范围内),provide protection if shots are fired in your direction（朝着你）,not trap or restrict your options(选择) for movement.

3、FIGHT

As a last resort,and only if your life is in danger,attempt to incapacitate the shooter, act with physical agression（身体攻击） ,improvise weapons, commit to your actions.

incapacitate 使不能、使不适于可以和capable capacity incapable incapacity等一起记忆，例如 His healthy problem incapacitates him for job.

improvise 即兴作、临时准备，例如 It’s difficult to improvise a song.

commit to 把···托付给，原文意思把自己托付给你的行动，给出致命一击。

When Law Enforcement arrives ,remain calm and follow instructions(遵循指示), keep your hands visible at all times, avoid pointing or yelling,know that help for the injured is on the way.
