You play a team sport with some friends. Last week a member of the team had an accident and wasn’t able to play with you at the weekend. You decide to write to him in hospital, telling him about the match.

Write a letter to your friend. In your letter,

tell him which team won
describe the conditions on the day
say how you felt about the match

Dear George,

I hope you are doing well. I visited you at the hospital but since you were resting at that time, the hospital authorities did not permit me to speak to you.It is a pity that you had an accident just before the final match of the inter-college tournament.Without your amazing game making ability, we would not have even gotten through the qualifiers.I really wished you were with us during the finals, your presence was sorely missed.

我希望你一切都好。我去医院探望过你，但因为你当时在休息，医院当局不允许我和你说话。真遗憾，你在大学间锦标赛的最后一场比赛之前出了意外。如果没有你惊人的游戏*能力，我们甚至无法通过资格赛。我真希望你能和我们一起参加决赛，你的出现让我非常想念。

The final match was played in our college ground .The weather was a little overcast but, it was really pleasent and the stands were full of enthusiastic supporters some of them even got sign boards with your photo on it.

The opposing team played really well and also scored a goal in the first 25 minutes.We think this happened due to our weak defense, after all, we lost our star defender!

However, in the second half, we were able to score an equalizer.Then the game proceeded to the penalty shootout. The other team scored one goal and we scored two.It was a photo finish! In the acceptance speech, the captain spoke about you and reminded us of how hard we worked to get here. It was a real tear jerker!
