Some people state that mankind should not interfere with the extinction process of wild species because no valid reasons to preserve these living creatures can be found. In my opinion, I side with the task of preventing these species from being disappeared due to the benefits it offers.

Indeed, it is understandable why individuals think humans should to take actions to prevent the occurrence of animal extinction. Since this process is mostly initiated by natural causes, there would not be many options available to ameliorate the situation. Even if scientists discovered a solution, the cost would be possibly prohibitively expensive. For that reason, a large portion of people may agree to leave this natural extinction untouched. Moreover, the potential danger when these species are revived to their prosperity is incredibly harmful. Since most of these species are meat-hunting mammals with a supersized body and extreme fierceness, having these animals walking on the Earth’s surface could pose a threat to humans’ lives.

However, protecting the endangered species will have a positive impact on humans’ survival directly in several ways. Firstly, scientific research has indicated that the growth of trees and plants is associated with the existence of large-sized mammals thanks to the abundant nutrients in soil come from animals’ waste. Such growth of botanical lives inevitably enhances the air pollution. Secondly, saving these species also creates a diversity of food types to serve humans’ taste. With the help of technology, it should be simple to tame fierce animals and extract the delicious and edible meat.

In conclusion, while the natural extinction of wild species is incredibly costly to prevent, I believe that there are essential reasons that affect positively on humans’ lives to carry out the job of saving these animals.
