I am Ell Green and I will be your reporting manager. I am glad to welcome you on board and writing to explain your first day activities.

With regards to the work, our company is the leading IT company across the globe and manufactures network devices and provide solutions to worldwide customers. Being appointed as a developer, you are expected to work diligently and deliver the quality of a product.

As far as your first day activities are concerned, you should attend an induction where you will understand the company policies and process. Later, you will be given the technical documents to read and understand the company product. During the six months of your probation period, Mr. Pardeep Jha will be your mentor and he will guide you in your work-related assignments.

In addition to this, you should carry two passport size photographs and one identification document along with you. Please bring a copy of your joining letter as well for a *ooth joining process.
