Letter to the manager of an international company responding to an advertisement about job.

In the letter, you should tell:

why you like to do that job
what skills and experience you have
which department you wish to work into.

Dear Sir,

I am, Maulik B Patel resident of India, writing this letter to apply for the job of a production manager for which advertisement has been published in last week newspaper.

I am currently working with renowned MNC of my state “Essar Ltd.” for last 7 years. Having a job in your organization, opens up greater rewards for my future career in both aspects experience and financial.

As a production in charge in my recent job, I am aware about the roles and responsibilities for the same. Even I am very efficient and energetic to get effective come out from the optimum sources. I was rewarded as the best productive manager amongst all plants of my company last year.

Having a skillful and hand on experience of production line within myself, makes me a potential candidate for the same. Therefore, I have attached all my necessary documents with this letter as a formal procedure. If you need further details regarding anything, I am willing to provide.
