Write a letter to the manager about the important documents which you left in their taxi.

Dear Manager,

I am inscribing this epistle to draw your attention about my lost documents that i forgot in one of your taxi on 30.04.018.The number of taxi is xy 4569.

I took a taxi from Nehru chowk to Royal street in jalandhar. Actually, i was going for a job interview. I got late on account of heavy gridlock. Therefore, in hurry and nervousness i did not remember to carry file of documents with me. This file comprised all my credentials and some Id proofs such as passport, voter card and pan card, that are really valuable for me.

I sensed about this incident just after my arrival at ‘Rehman corporations ‘ my interview spot. I described the whole situation to the chief executive, and on my humble request, he allowed me for interview. I am delighted to inform that i got selected for the job profile of HR manager. However, i was promised to submit all the required documents before 15. 04.2021.I Don not want to lose this job at any cost.

I would be grateful if you get resolved this concern of mine. As per the company’s tenure i will be appointed only after submission of my original papers. I tried to find this lost file on my behalf but did not get success. It is now possible only with your cooperation.My email address is for any further details. The file description is below
