Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to nominate myself as a volunteer for the 3 days tour to Bangladesh if School is still looking for parents to accompany on the trip. Even my child is also a participant in this trip.

I am passionate about exploring different nations and their unique cultures, which, I believe, the best way to admire the diversity of traditions and natural heritage. In the past, I have organized such trips for my family and at work.

My past experience and my friends in Dhaka will come really handy in making arrangements for accommodation and food, which is a huge problem in this part of the world. I am a doctor by profession so I can provide medical assistance as well in case of emergencies. Besides, I am naturally good with children, which is very essential in children’s trip.

I would be really grateful if you can advise what sort of things are expected to bring as a freelancer. And, what is a mode of transportation from here to Dhaka, train or by flight?
