Dear Mr. James,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards inconvenience in parking bicycles the building’s parking area.

I, Sandip Ramani, residing in this building since last two years. Recently, I have started to use bicycles as a mode of transportation to work because of its great impact on health as well as on the environment. Besides, my workplace is just three miles away so it is the best option to cope up with traffic.

However, in our building there is insufficient parking facility, especially for bicycles which is a huge headache for me. I am sure many residences with cycles are facing the same problem. As a result, most of us have to park it outside which is not safe and convenient for us.

Nevertheless, I believe that there is unused space, which is right next to water tank that can be utilized to construct a *all bicycle parking. It can easily accommodate 20-25 cycles enough for all the residences of the building. This would not just solve parking problem but a great way to utilize left over place in the compound.

Dear Sir,

I am writing letter to bring it in to your cognizance about the parking problem in our building.

I recently purchased a bicycle for commuting to my office because it is the most doable way to reach my workplace. The other reason for buying cycle was that I was also provided space for parking it, which I never used before. But, after buying cycle, when I went to park it, the site was preoccupied. Due to which I have to lift my cycle all the way up to my room, because no other alternative.

I also left the written note on the cycle of the person who use my space, but it proved to be just a futile effort because the cycle is still parked there. Therefore, I would request you to kindly identify the person through CCTV cameras installed the parking and ask him to not vacate my parking space.
