Naturally, the number of vehicles on road will diminish, thus alleviating traffic and transportation problem to some degree. However, the aforementioned arguments in effect can hold no water. Instead, such action fuels traffic congestion, as cities will become intensely crowded and populated. City-dwellers flood into certain places during similar periods, which thus will incur slower traffic flows.
