考研英语：英语小作文

　　为了考查考生的英语运用能力，考研英语从2005年开始出现了我们所知道的“小作文”，那么小作文具体指什么，又有哪些写作要求呢？今天这篇文章将带领大家“揭秘”。

　　类型小作文

　　如图表所示，考研英语小作文大类是书信类，它包括：公务信函和私人信函，要说的是这是考研英语最最常考的形式，所以考生们需要牢牢把握住书信的写法，Give your priority to it.

　　另外三种，虽然出现的频率不是很多，但我们也要各个击破，准备充分地上考场，下面简单地为大家介绍一下。

　　01.备忘录

　　一种内部机构的书信，一般是上级写给下级或同级之间的半正式书信，属于半正式文体。文中可以使用3-5次缩写、省略句或口语表达。

　　02.报告

　　是下级对上级的正式信件，它与备忘录格式完全相同。

　　03.告示

　　用于公布即将或已经发生的事。

　　除了以上这些形式方面的介绍，考生们最关心的当然是拿到题目到底应该怎么写？别着急，今天我们将聚焦于考研英语小作文中出现概率的书信！以2005年真题为例：

　　Directions:

　　Two months ago you got a job as an editor for the magazine Designs & Fashions. But now you find that the work is not what you expected. You decide to quit. Write a letter to your boss, Mr. Wang, telling him your decision, stating your reason(s), and making an apology.

　　Write your letter with no less than 100 words. Write it neatly on ANSWER SHEET 2. Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter; use “Li Ming” instead. You do not need to write the address.

　　Part1

　　拿到题目步，我们要学会审题

　　1）重点标出letter, 确定本文指令要求是写信件；2）思考一下题目中核心词(quit)的同义词：resign, leave等,以及它的名词resignation (在读题的时候脑海中就能想到这些就更好啦)

　　思考题

　　1）写几段？---> 3段 (选择)2）每段写什么？---> 回到题目（题目给你要求/提示）--- telling him your decision;--- stating your reasons;--- making an apology.
