关于湖南大众传媒职业技术学院雅思考试疫情防控安排的通知

根据长沙市新型冠状病毒肺炎防控指挥部通告，为做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，所有报名参加湖南大众传媒职业技术学院雅思考试的考生都需要了解并遵循以下防控措施，请提前做好准备：

1.7天内来自发生本土疫情的市、州、县考生和健康码、行程码显示为非绿码的考生，不允许进入考场；

2.考点不接受通信大数据行程卡上7天内有湖南省以外旅居史的考生，如7天内有省外行程记录的考生，考试当天请勿前往考场。考前7天均在湖南省内低风险地区的考生，须在第一个考试日持有48小时内有效核酸检测阴性证明方可参加考试；考生须提供有效的纸质版核酸报告，在进入考场时交由考点存档保留；

3.近7天有发热、干咳、乏力、嗅(味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等疑似新冠肺炎症状的考生不允许进入考场；

4.符合参考条件的考生在进出考场时，须遵循以下要求:

1）必须佩戴口罩；

2）出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）；

3）出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在

规定时间进入校区，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入考场；

4）考试当日，考生入考试楼时需扫描场所码，然后出示通信大数据行程卡中过去7天内的行程信息。扫码结果显示绿码和上交48小时内核酸检测阴性证明后才可以进入考场；

5）测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入考场，考试结束后自行离开。

此疫情防疫安排会根据疫情实际情况适时更新,考点和当地防疫部门会审查考生信息以确定能否来长沙参考,因不符合防疫要求不能来长沙参考的考生会在考前发邮件通知,请注意查看邮件。以上措施若有变化，我们会及时另行通知。

Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement

at Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College(South Campus)

Following the instructions from Changsha City on Cov-19 prevention and control,health and safety of test takers and test day staff are always our top priority.Test takers who register for IELTS test at Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College(South Campus)need to be aware of and follow the below prevention and control measures:

1.Test takers from cities,states and counties with local epidemics within 7 days and test takers whose health code and travel code are displayed as non green code are not allowed to enter the test centre.

2.We do not accept test takers with travel history outside Hunan province within 7 days according to their“Communication big data travel card”.Test takers who have travel histories outside Hunan province within 7 days are informed not to go to the test centre on the test day.Test takers who conform to our prevention and control requirement should also provide a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test report on the first test day.Please print out your nucleic acid test report and the test centre will keep it for record.

3.Test takers with fever,dry cough,fatigue,decreased sense of *ell(taste),stuffy nose,runny nose,sore throat,conjunctivitis,myalgia,diarrhea and other suspected symptoms of Cov-19 in the past 7 days are not allowed to enter the test centre.

4.Before entering the campus,test takers should follow the instructions as below at the designated campus gate:

1)Test takers must wear a medical mask.

2)Test takers must present their ID card(Please always bring ID card even if you registered the IELTS test by passport)；

3)Test takers must present their IELTS Test Admission ticket.Test takers(includes but not limit to test takers under 18)can only enter campus during test period on the test day,parents or companions are not allowed into campus.

4)Test takers must show“Chinese Government Health Code”.Test takers must scan the Chinese Government Health Code for tracking their whereabouts in past 7 days at the entrance of the test building with their own mobile phone,and can only enter the test building with green code and negative nucleic acid result.

5)Temperature check.Test takers can only enter the test building with temperature lower than 37.3℃(not including 37.3℃).and then leave the test building after test.

湖南开放大学雅思机考考点

关于湖南开放大学雅思机试疫情防控安排的通知

根据长沙市新型冠状病毒肺炎防控有关文件精神，为做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，所有报名参加湖南开放大学雅思机试的考生都需要了解并遵循以下防控措施，请提前做好准备：

1.行程码显示7天内来自中高风险地区的考生或者健康码显示为非绿码的考生，不允许进入考场。

2.考生如在考前7天内有湖南省外低风险地区所在城市（无本地疫情报告的区市）旅居史，需持有48小时核酸阴性证明进入长沙，入长后须完成“三天两检”（抵长第1天开展落地核酸检测，入长后第3天再做一次核酸检测），并在笔试和口试当天出示“两检”的有效核酸阴性检测报告（报告有效期从出报告日期开始计算）。此外，最近一次核酸阴性检测结果必须为考前48小时内。

3.考生如现场确认有发热、干咳、乏力、嗅味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等十大症状,且不能排除阳性感染不能进校。

4.考生只能从位于芙蓉南路的西门进入校园，考试结束后遵循考点工作人员的指引，从指定校门离开校园。从指定校门进入时，须遵循以下要求:

1）全程佩戴一次性医用口罩，仅允许在照相及身份验证时摘下口罩。

2）出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。

3）出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在规定时间进入校区，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入考场；考点会增派工作人员在指定校门进行引导工作。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出学校的时间只限于当天上午，考生不得以“熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。

4）考试当日，考生入校时需扫描场所码，然后出示通信大数据行程卡中过去7天内的行程信息。扫码结果显示绿码和48小时内核酸检测阴性证明后才可以进入考场。

5）测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入考场，考试结束后自行离开。两次测量体温均高于37.3℃的考生，将被登记于《考生两次测温异常登记表》及《雅思考生被拒入校登记表》，作拒绝入校处理。

6）考生填报的承诺信息要真实、准确、完整，未有瞒报谎报、乱报或伪造信息等。如有违反，本考点拒绝其参加考试，由此可能产生的相关法律责任由考生本人承担。

7）考生在测温、候考、离场期间均须保持一米社交距离，严禁相互交流，同时听从考场工作人员指令，有序错峰入场、离场。

8）出租车，网约车，私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。

Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement

at Hunan Open University

According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control and the latest notification spirit of Changsha COVID-19 prevention and control office,all the candidates are required to understand and follow the following preventive measures:

Candidates whose travel code indicates that they are from a medium to high risk area within 7 days or whose health code indicates a non-green code will not be allowed to enter the examination room.

Candidates who have a history of sojourn in a city outside of Hunan Province in a low-risk area(a district or city with no local outbreak reported)within 7 days prior to each examination date(speaking test and written test)are required to have a 48-hour negative Nucleic Acid Testing Report for entry into Changsha.After entering the Changsha,you must complete the"two tests in three days"(Nucleic acid testing on arrival in Changsha on day 1 and again on day 3 after arrival in Changsha)and present a valid negative Nucleic Acid Testing Report from the"two tests"on the day of the speaking test and written test(the report is valid from the date of the report).In addition,the results of the most recent negative nucleic acid test must be within 48 hours prior to the examination.

Test takers who have symptom of fever,dry cough,weakness,hypo*ia/hypogeusia,nasal obstruction,runny nose,sore throat,conjunctivitis,myalgia,diarrhea on test day and can not be ruled out infection with COVID-19 onsite,will not be allowed to enter the campus.

Candidates can only enter the University through the West Gate at Furong South Road.At the end of the test,follow the instructions of the test centre staff and leave the University through the designated gate.When entering from the designated entrance,the following requirements must be observed:

Test takers must wear a medical mask.(Removal of the mask is only permitted for photo and identity verification.)

Presentation of identity documents.(If you are registering with a passport,please also bring your ID card for verification purposes).

3)Test takers must present their IELTS Test Admission ticket.Test takers(includes but not limit to test takers under 18)can only enter campus during test period on the test day,parents or companions are not allowed into campus;Staff will guide the test takers at the designated school gates.Test centre staff will station at the campus gate to direct test takers to the test building.If the test is arranged in the morning,test takers can only enter and exit the campus in the morning.Test takers will not be allowed to enter campus for test venue inspection before their test day or time.

4)Test takers must scan the Chinese Government Health Code for tracking their travel history in past 7 days at the designated campus gate with their own mobile phone.Test takers can only be allowed to enter the campus after the test venue staff checked the green code and Nucleic Acid Testing Report within 48 hours.

5)Temperature check.Test takers can only enter the campus with temperature lower than 37.3℃(not including 37.3℃),and leave on their own at the end of the examination.Test takers whose temperature is higher than 37.3°C on both occasions will be registered on the"IELTS Candidate High Temperature Record"and the"Register of Entry Refusal for IELTS Test Takers"and will be refused admission to the school.

6)It is the test takers’responsibilities to ensure the declared information is true,accurate and complete,and to acknowledge that he/she will undertake the legal responsibilities and liabilities for concealing the facts.

7)Test takers must maintain a social distance of one metre when taking temperatures,waiting for examinations and leaving the room,and communicating with each other is prohibited;test takers must follow test centre staff’s instruction to leave the campus in an orderly manner.

8)Taxi,online ride-hailing car,and private car are prohibited to campus.
