关于东莞文盛外籍子女员工学校雅思考点疫情防控期间入校须知

根据当前疫情防控形势及广东省东莞市新冠疫情防控办公室最新通知精神，东莞文盛国际学校雅思考点要求所有报名参加考试的考生了解并遵循以下防控措施：

一、所有考生须注册“粤康码”，随时关注“广东疾控”、“东莞疾控”和“东莞文盛国际学校考试中心”微信公众号的最新疾控提示和入校须知。

二、符合以下条件之一的不接受来校考试：

1.7天内去(经)过中高风险地区的考生(以上地区最新列表，请到广东省卫生健康委员会门户网站查询，http://wsjkw.gd.gov.cn/xxgzbdfk/fkdt/)

2.考试当天“粤康码”或“行程卡”为黄码或红码的考生

三、来校考试的考生必须在笔试和口试当天出示绿色健康码、绿色行程卡、48小时内核酸检测阴性证明（报告有效期从出报告日期开始计算）。由考点工作人员在校门处检查身份证明文件、测温并查验身份、健康码绿码无异常后予以批准入校。（电子版纸质版均可）

四、请注意，周一至五考生只能从位于金丰南路的学校后门进入校园，周六日只能从学校正门进入。周一至五的考生必须在学校工作人员的带领下方能进入校园。周六日完成签到后可自行进入校园。周中日交通繁忙，请考生准备充足的时间，提前到达考场。

学校正门（导航：东莞文盛国际学校东南门）

学校后门（导航：东莞文盛国际学校东北门）

（1）周一至五考生从后门进校流程：

a.导航到东莞文盛国际学校东北门，按箭头方向直行步行至学校后门

b.在门卫处的签到表上签到。

c.全程佩戴一次性医用口罩，仅允许在照相及身份验证时摘下口罩。

d.出示粤康码、身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）

e.测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3℃（不包括37.3℃）方可进入校园。

f.在后门门卫处领取红色带号码的挂绳，佩戴好后在工作人员的带领下进入校园。离开校园后挂绳归还门卫。

g.考生严禁携带刀具，易燃易爆物品进入校园，在周中考试日校园内，严禁进入学校非考试区域，指定行走路线除外。

h.到5楼考试中心前台再次签到并测量第二次体温，体温无异常方可按照原有程序进入考场。两次测量体温均高于37.2℃的考生，将被登记于《考生两次测温异常登记表》及《雅思考生被拒入校登记表》，作拒绝入校处理。

i:出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入校。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出学校的时间只限于当天上午，考生不得以“熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。

j:考试结束后按原路返回，离开校园。不得在校园内逗留。

(2)周六日考生从正门进校流程：

五、考生填报的承诺信息要真实、准确、完整，未有瞒报、谎报、乱报或伪造信息等。如有违反，本考点拒绝其参加考试，由此可能产生的相关法律责任由考生本人承担。

六、考生在测温、候考、离场期间均须保持一米社交距离，严禁相互交流，同时听从考场工作人员指令，有序错峰入场、离场。

七、出租车，网约车，私家车等社会车辆禁止进校。

Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic

Prevention and Control Arrangement

atInternational School of Dongguan

According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control and the latest notification spirit of Dongguan COVID-19 prevention and control office,all the candidates are required to understand and follow the following preventive measures:

1.Test takers must register"yuekang code"and keep an eye on the latest disease control tips and admission instructions of the wechat official account of"Guangdong disease control","Dongguan disease control"and"Dongguan Wensheng international school examination center".

2.Test takers will not be allowed to enter the campus if test takers meet any one of the following situation:

1)Test takers who have history of sojourn in cities with medium or high-risk areas or cities with key-focused areas in the past 7 days prior to the speaking and written test will not be allowed to enter the campus(Please refer to http://wsjkw.gd.gov.cn/xxgzbdfk/fkdt/for the list of areas).

2)Test takers whose health code or travel code is red code or yellow code.

3.Test takers must provide green health code,green travel code and Nucleic Acid Testing Report within 48 hours on the speaking and written test day first,after the application is approved,test takers can be allowed to enter the campus.

4.Please note that te test takers can only enter the campus from the back gate of the school located on Jinfeng South Road on Monday to Friday.On Saturday and Sunday,you can only enter the school from the main entrance.From Monday to Friday,test takers must be escorted to the campus by school staff.On Saturday and Sunday,you can enter the campus on your own after signing in.Please arrive at the test venue ahead of time due to heavy traffic on Weekdays.

§Main Entrance(navigation:Southeast Gate of International School of Dongguan)

§Back Entrance(navigation:Northeast Gate of International School of Dongguan)

(1)Weekdays entering back gate procedures:

a.Navigates to northeast entrance of ISD.Walk to the direction showed below to the back gate;

b.Sign the personal information registration form at the back campus gate guard’s place;

c.Test takers must wear a medical mask；

d.Test takers must present their green health code,ID card(Please always bring ID card even if you registered the IELTS test by passport);

e.Temperature check.Test takers can only enter the campus with temperature lower than 37.3℃(not including 37.3℃).

f.Test takers who pass the temperature check at the back gate must get a red lanyard with number and wait for the school staff to escort you into the campus.

g.Test takers are not allowed to bring knives,inflammable and explosive items into the campus.You are not allowed to enter the non-examination area of the campus,except for the designated walking route.

h.Test takers must take temperature check and sign again at the front desk on 5/F.

i.Test takers must present their IELTS Test Admission ticket.Test takers(includes but not limit to test takers under 18)can only enter campus during test period on the test day,parents or companions are not allowed into campus.Test centre staff will station at the campus gate to direct test takers to the test building.If the test is arranged in the morning,test takers can only enter and exit the campus in the morning.Test takers will not be allowed to enter campus for test venue inspection before their test day or time.

(2)Weekends entering front gate procedures:

a.Navigates to the southeast entrance of ISD;

b.Sign the personal information registration form at the front gate;

c.Test takers must wear a medical mask；

d.Test takers must present their green health code,ID card(Please always bring ID card even if you registered the IELTS test by passport);

e.Temperature check.Test takers can only enter the campus with temperature lower than 37.3℃(not including 37.3℃).

f.Test takers are not allowed to bring knives,inflammable and explosive items into the campus.You are not allowed to enter the non-examination area of the campus,except for the designated walking route.

g.Test takers must take temperature check and sign again at the front desk on 5/F.

5.It is the test takers’responsibilities to ensure the declared information is true,accurate and complete,and to acknowledge that he/she will undertake the legal responsibilities and liabilities for concealing the facts.

6.Test takers must keep safe social distancing of the entrance and departure of written and speaking test;test takers must follow test centre staff’s instruction to leave the campus from the same campus gate after the test.

7.Taxi,online ride-hailing car,and private car are prohibited to campus.
