常州大学考点关于防疫要求的通知

 防疫政策时有变化，烦请密切关注相关政策。

按照当地主管教育部门要求，为做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，即日起所有报名参加常州大学雅思考试的考生务必知晓并遵循以下校园防控措施：

一、考生须按规定由常州科教城进入常州大学东区，至明行楼参加考试。

二、请考生预留足够时间，提前到达考场以确保有足够时间完成防疫核查及信息填报流程（口试至少提前30分钟，笔试8:30停止入场）。

三、考生入场须遵循以下要求： 

 1）全程佩戴一次性医用口罩或医用外科口罩，在排队等候区域，请自觉保持一米以上社交距离。 

 2）需出示“苏康码”绿码和行程码绿码，方可进入考点。

 3）所有考生，在口试日和笔试日均须持有24小时以内有效的核酸检测阴性证明，以采样时间为准（纸质报告或电子报告皆可）。

 4）出示身份证或护照和准考证。家长、陪考人员一律禁止进入考点。

 5）体温监测。两次检测体温低于37.3℃方可进入考点。

 6）考试结束后，根据考点工作人员的指引迅速离场，不得逗留。

四、存在下列情况之一的考生不得进入考点参加考试：   

1）在过去7天行程轨迹中有江苏省外城市旅居史的考生。

2）无法出示“绿码”以及有效核酸阴性检测报告的考生；

3）在过去14天内有江苏省内本土阳性新增病例地区所在地级市和疫情管控地区所在地级市的考生，在行程码中有中高风险地区以及中高风险地区所在城市低风险区域旅居史的考生。

4）在中国*要求的14天强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内；  

5）考试前14天内及考试当日，出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或有流感症状；   

6）考试日当天体温超过37.3℃。

7）考试当日由考点所属社区防疫、派出所等属地管辖机关现场督导人员判定为不适宜参加人群聚集活动的人员。

五、考生须保证申报信息真实、准确、完整，并知悉将承担瞒报的法律后果和责任，以及瞒报可能对其产生其它不利影响，例如取消考试成绩及禁止参加相关考试的处罚。

Notice of COVID-19 Prevention Measures   

The epidemic prevention policies change from time to time, so please pay close attention to relevant policies.

In accordance with the requirements of the local education authorities, in order to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, all candidates registering for the IELTS test at Changzhou University from now on are required to know and follow the following prevention and control measures on campus:

1. Candidates are required to enter the East District of Changzhou University from Changzhou Science and Education City and take the test at Mingxing Building.

2. Candidates are requested to leave enough time to complete the quarantine check and information filling process in advance (30 minutes in advance for the oral test, 8:30 for the written test).

3. Candidates must comply with the following requirements:

1) Wear a disposable medical mask or surgical mask at all times. Please maintain a social distance of at least one meter in the waiting area.

2) You need to show the green code of Sukang Code and the green code of travel code to enter the test site.

3) All candidates must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate valid within 24 hours on the oral test day and the written test day, subject to the sampling time (paper report or electronic report is acceptable).

4) Show your ID card or passport and admission ticket. Parents and accompanying staff are not allowed to enter the test site.

5) Temperature monitoring. Only those whose body temperature is lower than 37.3℃ after two examinations can enter the test center.

6) After the test, leave the test site immediately according to the instructions of the staff.

4. Candidates under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to enter the test center for the test:

1) Candidates with travel history in cities outside Jiangsu Province in the past 7 days.

2) Candidates who are unable to present the green code and the valid negative nucleic acid test report;

3) Candidates in prefecture-level cities where new positive cases are located in Jiangsu Province and in prefecture-level cities where epidemic control areas are located within the past 14 days, and candidates with travel history in medium-high risk areas and low-risk areas in the cities where medium-high risk areas are located in their travel codes.

4) Within the mandatory 14-day quarantine period, medical observation period or self-isolation period required by the Chinese government;

5) Fever, persistent cough, dyspnea or flu-like symptoms occur within 14 days before and on the day of the test;

6) The body temperature on the test day is over 37.3℃.

7) On the day of the test, the on-site supervisors of the local authorities, such as the community epidemic prevention and police station, will judge that they are not suitable to participate in the crowd gathering activities.

V. Candidates shall ensure that the information declared is true, accurate and complete, and be aware that they will bear the legal consequences and responsibilities of concealing the information, as well as other adverse effects that may be caused by concealing the information, such as canceling the test scores and banning them from participating in relevant examinations.

We will timely update the admission requirements and adjust the examination arrangements according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements. Please pay close attention to this.
