关于西北师范大学雅思考试疫情防控安排的通知

根据西北师范大学对新冠肺炎防控的要求，为做好雅思复考后的疫情防控工作，所有报名参加西北师范大学雅思考试的考生需要事先了解并遵循以下校园防控措施：

1.考试当日，以下考生不能入校参加考试：

1）考试日前14日内有甘肃省外行程记录的考生不能入校参加考试；

2）考试日前14日内有中高风险地区及其所在地级市旅居史（行程卡显示绿码加星标*）的考生不能入校参加考试；

2.考生须按规定参加口语或笔试考试时从学校西门进出。考生在指定校门进出时，须遵循以下要求：

1)必须佩戴口罩。

2)出示本人甘肃省健康出行码，没有绿码不能进入校园。请考生提前申领并在入校时现场扫码入校。

3)考生还需通过微信小程序搜索国务院客户端，点击便民服务中的防疫行程卡，以提供本人过去14天的行程记录绿码，没有绿码不能进入校园。考试日前14日内有甘肃省外行程记录以及考试日前14日内有中高风险地区及其所在地级市旅居史（行程卡显示绿码加星标*）的考生不能入校参加考试。

4)考生在口、笔试当天入校前均需提供24小时内纸质核酸检测阴性报告（可接受电子报告截图打印纸质版）。

5)出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。

6)出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入校。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出学校的时间只限于当天上午，考生不可以“以熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。

7)测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入学校。

3.出租车，网约车和私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。

Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement at Northwest Normal UniversityFollowing the instructions from Northwest Normal University on Covid-19 prevention and control, in order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures after test resumption, test takers who registered for IELTS test at Northwest Normal University need to be aware of the following important notice:

1.On the test day, the following test takers are not allowed to enter the campus:

1)Test takers who have a travel history outside Gansu Province within 14 days are not allowed to enter the campus.

2)Test takers who have a travel history of medium and high risk areas and low risk areas in the cities with medium and high risk areas(cities with asterisk) within 14 days are not allowed to enter the campus.

2.Test takers should enter campus through West Gate. Before test takers entering campus, they should follow the instructions as below:

1)Test takers must wear a face mask.

2)Test takers need to present valid ‘Gansu Health Code-green code’. Test taker should apply Gansu health code and finish the health check in advance and canonly be allowed to enter the campus with a green code.

3)Test takers also need to present valid travelling code for the past 14 days.Test takers should apply travelling code through the WeChat micro program ‘The State Council Client’ in advance and can only be allowed to enter the campus with a green code.Test takers who have a travel history outside Gansu Province within 14 days are not allowed to enter the campus. Test takers who have a travel history of medium and high risk areas and low risk areas in the cities with medium and high risk areas(cities with asterisk) within 14 days are not allowed to enter the campus.

4)Test takers must present paper version certification of negative nucleic acid within 24 hours on both speaking and written test day (paper version of digital report screenshot is acceptable).

5)Test takers must present your National ID card. (Please bring your ID card with you for identity verification on test day, even though you registered the IELTS test by passport.)

6)Test takers must present your IELTS Test Admission Ticket. Test takers please reserve enough time for prevention control measures on test day. Parents or companions are not allowed into the campus. If their test is scheduled in the morning, test takers can only be allowed toenter and leave before noon time. The same rule applies for those whose tests are scheduled in the afternoon. Test takers will not be allowed to enter the campus for test venue check before the test.

7)Test takers will need to go through temperature check. Those whose temperature is at or higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the campus.

3.Taxis, hired cars and private cars are prohibited from entering the campus.
