答题思路

这道题是今年1-4月新的季度的一道新题，从提问方式来看这是一道典型的物品题。但是问的问题是一首歌，那就很难从其他物品题借语料来用，而是需要全新的思路和语料。

大家尽可能的选择一首自己非常熟悉的歌曲，并且保证自己对歌词表达的意义也能够信手拈来，因为题目要求大家描述这首歌讲述的故事。所以从某种程度上说，只要足够熟悉，中文歌也是可以选择的哦~（当然前提是能够准确翻译歌名）

I’d like to tell you about an interesting song that I have listened to for more than 10 years. This song’s name is The Seventh Chapter of Darkness, which is written and sung by well-known Chinese singer, Jay Chou. This song is captured in his seventh personal album, Still Fantasy.

The Seventh Chapter of Darkness tells a story of a detective trying to figure out what has happened in a crime in London. This story is a metaphor of one of the famous detective story of Holmes. In the lyrics, the writer used a lot of images of to describe the crime scene, like fog, trees, and most importantly, blue roses. The song writer uses this method to illustrate a thrilling picture for the listeners.

I think this song is quite popular because it is known as one of the “three R&B hits of Jay”. In this song, Jay shows his talent in writing the melody and producing it into a very obvious R&B style, which was quite rare in that time in Chinese songs. This song represents a peak of Jay’s composition and what he did really went ahead of time. And I like this song for those similar reasons. I love the beautiful melody and special rhythm of this song, and I love the fantastic chanting of female voice.
