　　– Explain the situation and roads’ condition

　　– How does it affect you and other people

　　– Suggest what measures need to be taken, in your opinion.

　　审题：正式信，不可以用缩写，用词不能口语化。主题为“道路状况差”，可以从交通的便利程度、司机和行人的安全等角度拓展。
