　　Describe a song that you remember from your childhood.

　　You should say:

　　when and where you learned it

　　how you learned this song

　　what the song is about

　　and explain how you felt when you used to sing this song.

　　要描述好这个话题卡，考生需要注意以下几个点：

　　1. 歌曲的名字不需要太过执着。如果你真的听过，可以描述一个真实的外文儿歌，比如《音乐之声》里的《DO-RE-MI》，必然能和考官产生共鸣。如果你没有听过，随便编一个名字就可以了，因为名字并不是考官考察的点。这里我建议大家随意编个名字，毕竟描述考官知道的那些脍炙人口的儿歌，局限性太大，不利于我们自由发挥想象力。

　　2. 歌曲的内容可以是任何关于题材的，冒险、风景、游戏、家庭。大家可以自由发挥。

　　3. 要给考官重点描述一下这首歌当时或现在给你带来什么感觉。这里有很多可说的，比如： 使我高兴cheered me up，使我振作lift me up，重现童年美好时光brings back the good times，甚至至今都使我激动不已still thrills me today.

　　1. The song that brings back memories for me is 《……》 from *ash mouth.

　　2. When i was about 4 up to 8 maybe, when i was over my grandmothers house, every morning we would take my grandmother to dialysis, and on our way back home, the song《……》would come on every time.

　　3. 《……》comes to mind. It used to be played often, during a special, favorite time of my life.

　　4. 《……》by Eric Clapton my mom used play it while she tucked me in bed.

　　5. 《……》!Heard it playing in Disney Land in our hotel lobby when I was like 5 or 6. Every time I hear it now it just reminds me of happy times.

　　6. Too many to count! 《……》 《……》 《……》... But the best one I would say: 《……》

　　7. My parents were always arguing. I remember sitting up in my room a few times listening to this song and crying....

　　1. "Do-Re-Mi" is a show tune from the musical The Sound of Music. Within the story, it is used by Maria to teach the notes of the major musical scale to the children who learn to sing for the first time.

　　2. The song is about the meeting of spirits. It's a very intimate lyric, very, very intimate.

　　3. It is a more hopeful song. The song is about leaving the big city for the countryside, going home again after a long time away.

　　4. The song is talking about a boy getting out to another country and hoping something better is waiting for him there.

　　5. It's one of xxx's earlier songs and it's not a harder song at all. It may or may not fit your personal taste, but give it a listen and see.

　　6. The sounds in this song are made by animals. I enjoyed this song in Kindergarten. I would really get into the sounds that animals made.

　　1. When I was feeling a little blue, or a little confused, or just downright sad, this song could lift me up.

　　2. The song cheered me up and made me happy every time I sang it.

　　3. That song is really cheerful and always put me in good mood. I use to get my dance on off that song.

　　4. I used to love that song, and everytime I hear it, it brings back the good times!

　　5. 《……》 makes me cry, i've just introduced it to my 9 yr old daughter and she loves it too. It means a lot more to me now as an *.

　　6. The song still thrills me today. I recorded it on this computer, acapella.

　　7. I remember hearing "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder. It's a precious song and I remember after hearing I would always sing it to my mom. For some reason it always made me get the warm fuzzies and I felt really special.

　　8. 《……》played by xxx. He had a very warm, friendly voice, and made being in love sound wonderful, and inevitable, and every time the song was played, which could not be often enough for me, the world fell away and I experienced, at age 9, what it must be to be loved.

　　How does music affect (or influence) people? (音乐的对人们的影响?课上讲过，不赘述，参见虚无缥缈问题的回答技巧。)

　　Compare the music that young people like and the music that old(er) people like. (课上没讲，讲义上有，老年人喜欢慢节奏的slow-paced，以及比较柔和的，年轻人喜欢fast-paced。如：……)

　　Does western music have any influence on Chinese music? (创作形式，伴奏乐器、演唱方法……)
