　　1.先(上升/下降)后(下降/上升)，之后便平稳

　　According to the data ， the years from …to…saw/winess a rise/climb/drop inthe number/rate/percentage/proportion of 对象 from数据to数据，which was followed by arapid decrease/reduce/increase over the ** years.
