Many people, especially those who are tend to have more tasks to accomplish every day. Such as white-collars, are more likely to be upset or get annoyed, and that is a sign of great mental pressure.Life for people is becoming more stressful. Nowdayes, and this is not only a problem which is bothering individual person all the time, but also a phenomenon that the companies and governments should pay attention to.

The causes for stressful life vary. First of all, as it was previously mentioned, the work which people are facing is endless, and most of the assignments need to be fully concerntrated on and not a single mistake is allowed. So the brain has to be functioning continuously for at least 8 hours a day(not to mention addtional work), which leads to both physical and mental tiredness. Secondly, there is no doubt that the pressure from the society is making the situation worse. Since no matter how hard people work, they still can't keep pace with the growing of CPI, the mood of desperation can be easiy spread out. All pains but no gains, which certainly will result in unavoidable stress. Thirdly, we can't deny it that a part of the stress comes from ourselves. Try to think: what are we seeking for? Happiness? Perhaps not. It seems that "happier than others" is more close to the reality. Sometimes this kind of unhealthy competition blinds us and drives us to pursuit what we do not need at all, and thus the stress.

To solve this problem, every aspect of the society, including companies, governments and each single person, should make effort to raise the awareness of psychological health. Companies should realize that it's the efficiency but not working time that counts. If the duties are distributed scientifically, the burden will be much lighter, and employees will take less time to achieve more goals, therefore the pressure can be reduced naturally. And what governments can do is to try their best to ensure that the basic needs of living, such as housing, education and health care are guaranteed. In some degree, governments can also guide the market to control the price within an appropriate limit. Moreover, the most effective solution, in fact, is our own detachment, which does not mean that we must get rid of desire or competition. However, we should know exactly what we really need and want. Only when we totally follow our own hearts can we feel what happiness is. And at that time, people will find that the beauty of life is all around us and stress would be disappeared.

To sum up, though serious the problem is, we still have confidence to face and slove it. What we need is to treat stress from an optimistic way. As the saying goes, change what we can change and accept we cannot change, and then life could be much better.
