如果想给孩子找英语培训机构，建议还是考虑其它机构吧，新航道还是算了。一次不好的体验彻底让我对新航道失去了信任，孩子大学要考四级英语，想在暑期报个培训班，在网上查了半天选择了这家规模口碑还算不错的机构，当时找的是新航道在北京的总部，没想到接触之后的种种经历和体验让我感受很差、失望至极。报班之前的沟通各方面都很好，你提的条件都承诺能满足，微信问题的回复都很快，于是我们就去缴费了，但是钱交完之后完全不是那么回事了，之前承诺的事情一而再，再而三的有变化，有问题去问相关的对接人联系人，也经常是*不接，微信不回的，能把你急死，最后为了不耽误孩子补习，我们只能跟他们说我们申请退款，不在新航道补习了，公司再三挽留又是各种承诺，鉴于之前种种不好的体验，我们不敢再相信公司的任何承诺了，坚决要求退费，后来同意退费，但公司有规定需要一个月时间，我当时没太当回事儿，就是埋怨时间太长了，没想到后来真成了问题。我是7月8号交的费，7月15号要求退费的，结果8月19号钱还没退回，于是我又找当时的对接人问原因，告知公司有统一规定，每个月月底统一退费，我说那为什么7月底不给我退呢，她说退费需要走流程，没那么快，只能等8月底统一退费，我真的无语了，说你们公司怎么能出尔反尔呢，当时说一个月我忍了，没计较，这都一个月了还让我等，这就是侵犯消费者权益，于是当日我就打12345进行了投诉，8月22号一个自称负责教育机构投诉的北京教委的人给我来电询问投诉情况，表示会督促新航道赶紧退费，让我等*，我就等吧，结果一等又是三天，没有人搭理我，钱依然没退回来，于是我就再打12345和那个北京教委的*，结果不是打不通就是没人接，我没办法我又找新航道，结果还是说让我等到月底，一定会退给我。
