1、“我想知道，我之前签写的入学须知有效应没？”：那是格式条款，你可以主张签入学须知时学校没有提示你仔细看内容，该格式合同免除了学校责任、加重你方责任、排除了你方主要权利而无效。

2、“跟那个《民办学校退费管理办法》 后面这个不管用了吗？”：学校当然希望不管用，你和学校协商不成的，可以起诉到法院解决。但要想胜诉，你还应收集证据证明学校当初承诺的内容（比如“师资啊，老师责任啊，就是把你学生学不好英语的原因的总结出来了”），和“之前说的负责我们班的老师，开课一个月了都不见人”等事实，以证明学校违约、证明学校忽悠，不仅可以要求退费，还可以要求损失赔偿。

3、“我拿水泼前台女的，真想背桶粪浇到他们报名处，事情闹大点（他们报警 我负责任吗？）普通拘留会记录在档案里面吗？”：
（1）只要他们报警，警察肯定会处理，但会不会拘留你还要看你闹到什么程度，后果不是太坏、影响不是太恶劣的，可能就是批评教育。但不建议你有这种方法。可以找朋友和同学帮你一起和他们讲理，也可以起诉到法院解决，但别闹得太过分，否则会给你自己带来麻烦。
（2）行政拘留只会保存在公安的案卷中，不会进入个人档案。如果以寻衅滋事被追究、最终被法院判刑的，才有可能进入个人档案。

4、“我要怎么样 才能把这8000要回来呢？”：找到证据证明学校之前承诺的内容没有兑现、师资力量与宣传不符、老师不按时上课等，以学校违约为由要求退费并赔偿损失。如果找朋友和学校协商不成时，起诉到法院解决。

个人意见，仅供参考。

托业，托福，雅思和BEC的区别

研发机构不同 。雅思和BEC都是由剑桥大学考试中心（ESOL）研发；托福和托业都是由美国教育考试服务中心（ETS）研发。

针对性不同 。雅思（A类）和托福学术性强，是以英语为母语的国家的大学录取非英语母语的留学生的重要指标（雅思G类是部分英联邦国家的移民考试，如新西兰和澳大利亚等）。而BEC和托业是商务英语，是为了培养和评价工作中英语应用能力的考试。

适用性不同 。不同的国家，机构和组织对英语考试要求不尽相同。例如部分美国大学不承认雅思成绩，有些部分承认（不能申请奖学金）；英国已经不承认托福和托业成绩；绝大多数大学都不承认BEC和托业成绩来体现非英语留学生的英语水平等等。所以要考什么试要根据自己的目的和人家的要求有针对性的考。

考试费用不同 。雅思约1700人民币，托福约1540人民币；BEC初级约374元人民币；BEC中级约475元人民币；BEC高级约598元人民币；托业约600人民币。不同国家不同时间可能会有优惠、变化和调整。

考试形式不同 。雅思听力、写作和阅读是传统的纸笔考试，口语是考官面试。托福在国内目前听说读写都是基于计算机的网考ibt（internet based test ）。

含金量

按照用途来分类的话，托业和BEC是主要用于求职的。托福和雅思主要是申请学校使用的，但也有少数单位要求托福雅思成绩。另外部分国家定居的话需要雅思成绩。

按照考试内容来分类的话，托业只有阅读和听力。托福雅思BEC全部是听说读写四部分。

按照含金量来分类的话，个人认为：托福雅思>BEC>托业

如果你是为了申请学校出国留学的话，建议你可以参照你要报考的学校要求来选择考托福还是雅思。
如果你是为了毕业以后从事商务方面的外企外贸工作的话，建议你可以考取一个BEC高级，BEC中级和初级其实没有多大的用处。
如 果你要申请的职位标明需要托业成绩的话，你可以报考一下托业。

1. 托业即TOEIC（Test of English for International Communication），中文译为国际交流英语考试，是针对在国际工作环境中使用英语交流的人们而指定的英语能力测评，由美国教育考试服务中心设计
