小学生雅思作文求改分

Some employers believe that job applicants’ social skills are more important than their academic qualifications. Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

As far as this topic is concerned, different people have different opinions. Some people especially employers think that social experiences are more important than academic qualifications when people were finding jobs. Others believe that educational certifications are also significantly .I think both views have their reasons.

Nowadays,many employers are tend to choose that people who had work experience rather than those fresh graduates.in my opinions that I think there have a series reason:first of all,social skills could make more intimacy between employee and colleagues .For example,If a new employee have some experience so that must met lost of different people. Then he could adapt new work quickly by communication.on other municative experience is one of the most important skills in the business.For example,if a customer inquiry a employee some features about products.then the employee could answered very well.then the client maybe to buy production so that this skill could make more profits to employer. Besides applicants have social skills could save much of money to learn working experience. E.g. In the same industry,every employees has them fixed customers so they could work for different companies.in other word that manipulate employees’ choice is treatment.so the specialized employees need not wast money on learning work experience.

However,academic certifications are different from social skills.qualifications has some distinct advantages.e.g. Various kinds of industrial demands lead employer to choose applicants.interviewer generally consider more about specialized certifications in industry.meanwhile the academic qualifications make employee more specialized,e.g. By the academic qualification,the employees’ social circle are simplistic so that they have sufficient time to do one work.and make it better.

In conclusion,it is hard for both sides to come to an agreement on this complicated issue. My view is that employers’ demand’s situation should be considered,before the employees find the jobs.
