这个是因人水平而异的。6分算挺不错的了，7分算高分了，再往上的就是特别棒的那种了。紧张是正常的，与其说自己能够克制住不紧张，不如说是考官懂得如何施压使考生再度紧张起来。语无伦次说明水平还有待继续提高，平时要多重视每次练习，这很重要。
我认为没有什么具体方法能保证你一定能得到某一个分数，但是按这些方法去做就一定会有提高，至于能到达什么程度也就是多少分就要看自己的造化了。
下面说说方法吧，
第一部分记住回答要简要，不要展开太多了，因为时间有限而考官的问题也不少的，每个都讲多了会影响时间的。回答不要太长，也不能只是回答yes or no，这样会让考官误以为你水平不高。
第二部分多数是考生熟悉的情景问答，给你卡片后迅速展开思路记下比较重要的词语方便串连成记忆，这个平时需要多进行各种各样的场景训练。
第三部分是建立在第二部分的基础上的，也就是深层次的对话，考官问什么主要看你是第二部分答了什么，考官会随机应变抓住某些你说过的话进行深层的剖析，所以这一部分对话一定要有深度，谨慎你之前说过的每一句话。这一部分很注重说理的能力，所以你要往这方面加强。另外就是要多说，等于你要让考官少问你问题，问得越多你出错的风险就会随之增大，但不排除考官觉得你不错想要多考验你一下。
注意事项：
保证语速尽量平稳，切忌说得太快或太慢，过快的语速会大大增加你犯错的几率，过慢的语速会让考官失去耐心的。
不要害怕犯错，切忌反复自纠错误。流利的讲话难免会犯一些小的语法错误，但只要整个过程中能够流畅的表达自己，这些小错误不会影响考生的得分的，一犯错就纠正只会影响你的流畅度。所以楼上某位的观点我是不敢认同的。
想得到6分，所有的一切都跟平时的基础是分不开的，起码高中英语要学得好一些，词汇要多记一些。考前可以找口语机经看下，但是不会有太大偶然性的，毕竟是看自己发挥不像以前考试随便乱猜就可能对的那种。
