海口英语雅思口语培训 在县城做生意如何做到年纯利润50万以上?

*家具吧，从业务员开始做，去品牌厂家业务员开始做，努力学习专业相关知识，学最少3到5年这期间不用管工资多少，就是单纯了解家具行业，这行业利润率还是可以的，我从12年大学毕业开始做一开始干的时候房租3万200平，现在干到房租30万1500平，员工也从自己拉着父母帮忙到现在领着八个工人干，莱西县城应该算比较大的规模了。挣钱不可操之过急，慢慢来，努努力，挣多少钱跟付出永远成正比.每个人的路不一样的，找一个适合自己的挣钱方式。我有个朋友干淘宝，干了五六年*海鲜一年挣不了几个钱，从前年开始淘宝*儿童辅食，现在年薪也在百万左右，所以慢慢 探索 。只要努力就有收获。

真实案例，朋友做商业管理时招商的一个项目，本来我想把这个案例分享到我的专栏里，今天看到这个问题啦，算是缘分吧！

这个项目是酱牛肉，当然，是有自己的秘方的。朋友招商时，这老板还是在街头开小店的，偶然一次朋友*了点吃，感觉口感，味道都不错。于是就问他想不想去大*场里做熟食的柜台，这老板当然求之不得，就这样把他招了进去。因为这牛肉也经营几年了，有一定的客户群，自从进了*场，又增加了些冷热熟食。目前每天*大约2000到3000元左右，后来朋友建议他保留自己的品牌，为将来拓展时做准备，之后他又进了三家*场，还授权了好几个专*店。*场的总*目前大约每天5000左右，一年180来万，授权店*一年也几十万，他是费用加扣点方式合作的。只不过，*场一般七天才结算一次，占用部分资金。所以，年盈利50万不是问题，问题是有没有核心的东西才是最关键的！

这个问题，我想题主是想问在小县城做什么生意，怎么做可以年利润五十万以上。所以今天跟大家分享一下我一个兄弟是怎么样在县城实现年利润超过五十万的。

首先，要说的一点就是，从开始创业到实现年利润超过五十万，他花了三年的时间来实现的。成功从来不是轻易获得的。又因为我这个兄弟是真的靠自己白手起家做起来的，赶紧可操作性也挺高。所以跟大家分享一下。

一、坐标海南海口，创业开始时间：2021年，创业内容：五金批发。2021年实现年利润超过五十万以上。下面，我说说这个兄弟达到这个目标的操作过程。

二、2021年，兄弟在海南的日丰管道代理公司跑业务已两年多，月薪能达到六千元一个月左右。每天的工作就是在海南省海口市的各个五金店跑业务*日丰管道。因为有在日丰管道跑业务的这两年多，让兄弟对于五金这个行业的内容与利润很熟悉，觉得五金批发这个行业是可以做的。所以在2021年的时候，咬了咬牙辞职。跟身边的朋友借了三万块钱，再加上信用卡透支的六万块，一共九万块的本钱，把公司算是开出来了。

三、最开始的时候，兄弟是去网上看产品，因为本钱很少，自己联系一些没有名气的产品做小代理。最初只代理了一个灯泡与插座。业务员就我兄弟一个人，每天早上七点出去五金店跑业务至晚上十二点回来，中午累了就在相熟的五金店趴一下。这样努力的去跑，第一年的利润差不多十来万吧。做五金批发的利润大概在十多个点这样，再加上一些厂家的返点，大概在二十个点这样。

四、第二年，业务有了些起色，有了第一个朋友的加入一起创业，然后有了收入，可以代理更多的产品，更有名气的产品。

五、直接说一下现在的结果吧。现在创业第五年，兄弟基本不用自己出去跑业务了，手下有十多个来自老家的兄弟干活，在城中村租了十个铺面当仓库，有八辆电动车、三辆电动面包车、一辆小轿车来送货。2021年的年*额超过一千两百万，利润大概在230万这样吧。至少现在兄弟可以代理有名气的产品了，产品的量也几乎覆盖了五金店所需的种类。去年还拿钱回家盖了房子，也在海口*了房子。

这就是我兄弟在海口白手起家做的一个事情。不黑不吹，真实事情！

如果你想在县城年利润赚到五十万，也许这个故事可以给你带来一些帮助。可行性也是很高的。

现在有点头脑的人，都想着自己搞点生意，但是又不知道做什么生意能挣钱，特别是一些县城的小老板，想着年利润最好能突破50万，衣食无忧的同时，还有存款供自己消费，那么做什么生意可以挣到这么多钱？

1.投资房地产

俗话说钱能生钱，如果手头宽裕的话，可以考虑投资房地产，如今三四线的小县城房价也有5000左右，按照现在的趋势，近几年不会出现大幅度降价，另外现在很多县城的小老板都想搞房地产，赚点快钱。

现在县城的经济水平已经很优越了，能够*的起楼房的大有人在，所以联合小老板开发个楼盘，投资个五六十万，年利润收入50以上不在话下。

2.早教行业

现在生活条件都好起来了，但是县城的一些基础设施还跟不上发展，尤其是早教行业，教育行业的利润是很可观的，因为课程的价格是自己说了算的，没有固定值，比如一个月的课程，定在2000可以，同样定在500也可以，只要不过于漂浮就行。

反观教育机构并没有太大的开支，无非就是多招几个老师，所以教育行业也能够达到年入50万纯利润。

3.本地自媒体

如今这个 社会 是信息时代，比如东边的人需要喝水，西边有*水的，但是因为信息不流通，既喝不上水，也*不了钱，如果这时候有个人能在知道这个信息并且传递出去，即赚了差价，还能收落信息。

不过做本地自媒体，需要做本地粉丝，这个需要一定的智商，没两把刷子的人是做不起来的。

这个问题有点飘，严格说你有多少资金做，怎么做，做什么才能勉强给出点答案。如国你有三千万，基本不用做放银行也就可以了，如果你只有10万能赚50万的话，那么你来教我，我叫你师父。最后给你个忠告，生意不是随随便便就能做成的，我身边有些个朋友听人说餐饮好做，投了近1000万，一年半不到全部打水漂，真实的事，不是危言耸听的。好好想想你就明白了。

我觉得不如试试洗涤行业，简单易学，投资小， 以前我也是上班，觉得没有前途就想着干点啥，有一次接触了一下洗涤剂，就想着干，犹豫了差不多一年多，家里人也支持，投资了几千块，就开始干刚开始只做洗洁精，手工做，干了半年*了一套设备，现在已经五年了年了，什么都做，洗洁精洗衣液洗手液消毒剂洁厕灵什么的，现在收入还行，关键是配方的正确，很容易生产的，当初我去学一天就学会了。这个生意特点就是投资小，销量大，适合小本创业，而且这个生意是稳赚不赔的，生产的这些东西都是家庭，酒店，饭店，餐饮必备的东西，不用担心东西*不出去，如果你有想法做个小生意啥的，不如去耐心的了解一下，当初就是觉的这个生意没啥风险，挺稳当，挺踏实的

可以。ACCA全球统考，不管在哪里，只要有考点，都可以接着考，没有任何影响和限制。记得报考的时候选国外的考点，注册什么的都地域是不影响的。
ACCA考试是全球统考的，在澳洲肯定是有ACCA考点的，澳洲ACCA考点有两个，一个是悉尼，一个是Perth。
ACCA的成绩
ACCA的成绩是记录在ACCA官方会有资料档案上的，不会因为转换地区而消除成绩的，但是需要写邮件向ACCA官方申请更新个人资料。
要注意的是：是不是过了ACCA有效时间，ACCAF阶段没有考试期限，但是P阶段从通过第一门考试算起有7年的有效期，那么P阶段已通过的科目成绩作废。
