注意事项：

1、雅思的培训机构实质上还是商业盈利机构。机构收费一定要具有规范性，并且收费一定要公开透明。在选择培训机构时一定要尤其注意。

2、除了正常的课程之外，要注意看有没有完善的课后服务。毕竟除了上课之外，课后也是要巩固和提高的。

首先想说一点，不要上雅思班。我觉得GRE、托福、雅思班中，只有GRE有用，而雅思托福基本上没有什么用。上雅思班介绍的是应付雅思的一些技巧，但是其实实践的话效果也不是很好。所以我觉得不管你是要去考雅思还是要真正提高英语水平，上雅思班都不是很理想。

然后再说6.5的问题。我去年8.30考的雅思，6.5分，四级586，六级512，大学都没有怎么碰英语（除了上课）。然后复习了一个月考雅思，不过我考雅思前一个月考了托福，估计也用了一个月时间。所以要算的话一共是用了2个月时间复习。

参考资料剑桥雅思1-6这是一定的，至少要做完2册，我因为偷懒只做了一册。

你的水平总的来说应该还是不错的，估计听读写没有很大的问题。然后看你口语怎么样，如果自认为不是很好的话，那就得多花至少1个月时间练习。练习的话就到网上去搜一些别人总结的口语题目来练习（太傻上有很多），一定要每天都练习，最后要练到看到一个题目5秒钟之内一定要说得出来个所以然来，不然就是不合格。考官问问题都是一个接一个，不过都是简单问题，比如：要不要对朋友诚实什么的。看你回答得熟练就会换一个。

我的口语基础还算可以，因为有人告诉我考雅思考官有点鄙视美式口音，所以考完托福马上转换口音，虽然不知道是不是真的，你还是注意一下吧。每天要说上20个题目左右吧。考试时基本能与考官对答如流。我口语7.0，中间一个问题回答有很大失误。

单词的话……其实雅思单词量不是很大，我都没有背过……其实背单词书用处不是很大。你可以看一下新东方或者其他出版社的单词书，如果很多都不认识，那还是背背吧。如果绝大部分都认识，建议不用背了，因为你的基础应该够了。

听力的话我没有怎么准备，不过之前准备托福听力听得我得昏天黑地的。建议用听力：〈Listen to this〉（中级）教材，每天3个LESSON，11天就可以完成对中级第一轮的复习，然后再花去4天时间对中级进行泛听，这样可以不断的*你的耳朵，使其适应英语的发音。在联系的初期阶段可能大家会觉得语速稍快，这时千万不要急或者放弃，3天过后你就可以适应这种语速。还有在练习的途中一定要一口气将整个LESSON全部听完，这样你才会有一种完整感，对真正考试时的心态是有很大帮助的。第一遍没有听懂就再听，直到自己把所有的空和选项都完成为止。完成题目后就需要认真的对答案，对答案并不是大家所认为的简单的机械对比，而是一边听听力，看着听力原稿，一边对答案，因为这样你可以再次印证刚才自己听到的东西，并且可以提高自己的快速阅读能力。（这是太傻以为高人介绍的）

至于写作……这本来是我的强项中的强项，结果一激动大作文写偏题了，不然我总分就上7了。你考试时一定要注意，千万不要写偏题啊~~~~~~~作文有两个，一个大作文和一个图表作文（小作文）。图表作文可能有点陌生，到太傻网上下些题目，可以参考新东方的作文书，上面详细讲了各种类型的图表写作方式，还可以。然后一周一大作文一小作文吧，考前可以多写些，不要让手生了。

阅读，没啥说的，剑桥雅思1-6，坚持做吧。

总的来说，一定要坚持每天看英语、读英语。

雅思的作文没有上5.5，估计是有一下几个方面的原因：

1. 语法错误太多了。一般一篇语法错误超过三个就要扣分了。

2.逻辑条理不清晰，雅思考试很注重逻辑的。

3.用词的重复性太高，没有什么新意。或者用词口语化。

要进步的话，可以：

1. 多练习小作文，小作文拿高分的几率比较高。小作业到6，大作文5.5，这样总的上5.5的希望比较大。

2. 语法要多注意，特别是第三人称单数什么的。

3. 多积累。可以去背一些优美的范文，好的词语的搭配组合。尽量有几句复合句子，和闪光点。

4. 如果有老师给你批改作文就更好了。
