雅思语法―动词时态
一、 一般现在时
1、 表示当前的情况或状态。
Harry 在他的书房里一直摆着一只奇形怪状的大瓶子。
Harry keeps a large curiously-shape bottle on permanent display in this study.
2、 经常发生的动作或反复出现的情况。
在世界杯和其他足球比赛中，经常发生骚乱和斗殴。
The riotes and fighting often occur at the World Cup and other football competition.
3、 表示客观事实或永恒真理。
英语中有一个生动的说法来形容这种情况。
The English language possesses a vivid saying to describe this sort of situation.
4、 在时间和条件状语从句中，用一般现在是来表示将来时。
当一个国家发展科技的时候，传统技艺和生活方式渴望不会完全消失。
When a country develops its technology（一般现在时），the traditional skills and ways of life hopeful will not completely die out（一般将来时）.
5、 see （to it），take care的宾语从句中，用一般现在时表示将来时。
请务必让孩子们在游泳后吃顿热饭好吗？
Would you say to it that the children get a hot meal after their swim.

二、 一般过去时
1、 表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态。
在澳洲殖民初期，具有冒险的殖民者轻率地引进了欧洲兔子。
In the early days of the settlement of Australia，enterprising settlers unwisely introduced European rabbit.
2、 表示过去的习惯行为或经常发生的事情。
去年她总是邀请我参加她的舞会。
Last year，she always invited me to her dance parties.
三、 一般将来时
1、 表示在将来出现的情况或发生动作。
我认为在未来的50年中国的教育质量会有很大的提高。
In the next 50 years，I think that the quality of education in China will improve greatly.
2、 表示习惯或倾向。
神奇的是，从一串杂乱无章的真实信息中总会产生出一个有条理相关的理论。
The myth is that from a disorderly array of factual information an orderly，relevant theory will somehow emerge.
四、 现在进行时（be【is，am，are】+v-ing）
1、 表示现在正在进行的动作。
空气污染正日益成为全世界*和人民忧虑的焦点。
Air pollution is increasing becoming the focus of government and citizen concern around the globe.
2、 现在进行时的句子中，经常会有一些表示当前、频率、或持续的副词，包括always，constantly，currently，forever，perpetually等。
吸烟的人在不断破坏自己的心血管系统。
People who *oke cigarettes are continually damaging their cardiovascular system.
五、 过去进行时（be【was，were】+v-ing
1、 表示过去某一个时间动作在进行。
另一名病人可能同样抱怨他的邻居联合起来在对她进行诽谤和迫害。
Another patient might equally well complain that her neighbors were combining to slander her and persecute her.
2、 表示过去很快就要发生的事情。
怀特先生告诉我几天以后他就要动身前往新加坡。
Mr. White told me that he was leaving for Singapore in a few days.
六、 将来进行时
1、 表示将来某个时间点动作正在进行
下周这个时候她将在这个公司工作。
This time next week she will be working in that company.
2、 表示将来的一段时间内动作正在进行。
他们的成人世界将会在技术方面不断的发生改变。
Their * world will be changing constantly in terms of technology.
3、 表示一般将来时。
你知道，我们很快就要搬家了，有一些东西带不走。
As you know，we will be moving to a new house soon and there are a few things that I won’t be able to take with me.
七、 现在完成时（have/has+过去分词）
1、 表示过去的动作对现在产生影响。
广播和电视广告商得以用这种手段吸引成百万人的注意力。
Radio and television have made it possible for advertisers to capture the attention of millions of people in this way.
2、 表示从过去持续到现在的状态。
近年来，从人类到考古学方面收集到的证据表明，该地区维持一系列的当地文化长达11000年之久。
In recent years，evidence gathered from anthropology and archaeology indicates that the region has supported a series of indigenous cultures for eleven thousand years.
3、 现在完成时强调动作的完成。
在所有的大州之中，野生动物最大幅度的减少出现在北美。
Of all the continents，the most drastic reduction in wildlife has occurred in North America.
4、 现在完成时与特定词一起使用（since自从，so far迄今为止，as yet（to date）迄今为止，over（in）the past在过去的…时间里）
在过去一个世纪，人类基因库的构成没有发生显著的变化。
Over the past century，the composition of the human gene pool has not changed appreciably.
八、 过去完成时（had+过去分词）
1、 表示到过去某个时候为止，动作已经完成。
到了1999年3月，失业率达到5%的平稳状态。
By March 1999，the unemployment rate had reached a plateau around 5%.
2、 过去完成时表示过去的过去持续到过去的状态。
他授权这一措施时刚刚即位8个月。
He has been on the throne for barely 8 months when he authorized this measure.
过去完成时用于一些句型
（1） It was the first（second，last…）time *.（主语）had done sth.
当时我是第一次参加才艺比赛。
It was the first time I had entered a talent contest.
（2） 用于no longer…than 或hardly…when（一……就）句型
我刚一下船，就被一个人截住，他向我兜售一枚钻石戒指。
I had no longer got off the ship than I was assailed by a man who wanted to sell me a diamond ring.
九、 将来完成时（will have +过去分词）
表示动作在将来的某个时间点已经完成。
在冬天来临之前，这些鸟已经迁徙到南方去了。
Before the winter sets in，the birds will have moved to south.
十、 现在完成时进行时have/has+been +v-ing
表示动作从过去某时候开始，一直持续到当前。
今年以来，科学研究一直在提供证据，表明经积年累月地吸烟会大大地增加患绝症的风险。
In recent years，scientific research has been providing evidence that years of cigarette *oking vastly increase the risk of developing fatal medical conditions.
十一、 过去完成时进行时（had been +v-ing）
表示过去某时候之前动作一直在持续。
我一直在想什么时候会遇到你。
I had been wondering when I had run into you.
十二、将来完成时进行时will（be going to）+have been +v-ing
表示将来的某个时间点之前动作一直在持续。
我将今年夏天毕业，到那时我在这所大学就学4年了。
I will graduate this summer，I will have been studing in the university for four years.
十三、过去将来时would（should）+动词原形
1、 过去某时间即可将发生的动作
有望解决欧洲兔子所带来的问题。
There were hopes that the problem of the rabbit would become manageable.
2、 表示过去的习惯或倾向。
他经常编出一些故事，或给我们讲他本人的生活实例。
He would often make up stories or give us examples from his own life.
