注意事项1：注意单词拼写
单词拼写错误这样的低级错误尽量不要犯，写个Merriam-Webster都没有的词出来。这一点是最最基本的步骤了。有时候还能从写法上判断本来要写的词是什么，但有时候根本无从猜测，完全不知道写的是哪国文字。如果是计算机考作文的话那么要注意，千万要减少因为笔误而拼错单词的几率，会写的单词就一定要写对，不要把不熟悉键盘当作借口。
注意事项2：关于词语的正确形式
雅思写作考试中，有一个环节就是对雅思考生语法知识的考察。因为语法不仅仅用来在阅读理解分析句子和在单项选择简单考察，更重要的就是在作文的字里行间体现出来你到底了解多少语法。词语没有使用正确的形式便很容易造成成分残缺，比如该用名词的地方却用了相应的动词，改用副词的地方却用了相应的形容竖茄词等。比如说不说“Thus we may follow some directions.”却要说“Thus we may follow some direct.”，不说“That guy runs so rapidly.”却要说“That guy runs so rapid.”等，或者是出现“She can to deal with that.”这种can后面没有承接动词的情况。再有一个情况，便是并列形容词或者并列副词的比较级或者最高级变化。如果beautiful and wonderful变成比较级，那么最好使用more beautiful and more wonderful这样的结构，and前后同时变为比较级，不要把beautiful and wise变成more beautiful and wise而应该是写成more beautiful and wiser。同时要注意对称，换用同义词近义词，或者把长的结构放在and后面，比如wiser and more beautiful或者prettier and wiser或者more beautiful and more brilliant等。
注意事项3：主谓一致
主谓一致要时时刻刻铭记在心。就此点而言，可数名词复数和一般现在时动词第三人称单数属于同一类错误，比如“Animals becomes *arter.”这个不管怎么看都错的句子。隐蔽一点的主谓一致错误出现在定语从句中，如不应该是“He is a man who do business.”而应该是“He is a man who does business.”。
注意事项4：关注写作时态
描述电影小说剧情可以用过去时态或者现在时态，但选择过去时态之后，就要通篇一致不要又换来换去。其它情况下，过去的事情用过去时，现在的或者经常重复的动作用现在时，将来要发生的用将来时，过去将来时使用的似乎较少。进行中动作的使用进行时，只是单纯表达有这个动作用一般时，过去的动作和现在相关含有连续性概念的使用完成时，强调一段时间之内一直进行使用过去完成时。时态如果老在过去现在将来之间跳跃的话，就好像一个人被困在时空隧道里面了动弹不得。
注意事项5：关于冠词
冠词这个对很多考生来说不难，但很容易忘记。冠词包括，定冠词the不定冠词a/an和零冠词三种。统称一类事物就用“零冠词+可数名词复数”如“cats”或者“零冠词+不可数名词”如“water”;特指一类事物就用“the+名词”，这里就无所谓可数名词单复数了，因为你特指的可能是一个也可能是几个，如“the celebrities”“the show”和“the fog”。初次提到一件事物的时候用a/an，但是不要用混淆了a和an，杜绝把疏忽当作理由。
注意事项6：关于从句
从句在雅思写作中出现的频率很高。定语从句中如果引导词前面有逗号的一般归属非限定性定语从句，没有逗号的则一般归属于限定性定语从句。定语从句修饰人一般用who引导，修饰事物一般用which引导，前者用whom后者用that的几率一样小，所以一般就吃准who/which。引导从句特别是定语从句的时候要看清楚句子结构，否则很容易导致句式杂糅。时间状语从句引导词：as/when/while/since/whilst;原因状语从句引导词：because/for;让步状语从句引导词：although/albeit/though/even if/wherever/whenever/whatever/no matter。记住引导词后面的从句应该是一个整句，有完整的句子结构，不要只在这里用一个名词性结构就了事。
注意事项7：写作中要有句子多样性
除了状语从句引导词可以用来展开句子之外，还有很多方法可以用来展开一个新句子。表比较：as/like/unlike;表目的：in order to;表原因：because of/owing to/thanks to/due to;表让步：in spite of/despite/regardless of;表假设：if/unless;表结果：so。除此之外，还可以用动名词(如“Thinking about this, she …”，以及动名词主语和主句主语可以不一致的特殊情况下惯用法如“Generally speaking, …”)、不定式(如“To bake a cake, one …”)、it形式主语(如“It is I who …”)、with伴随状态(如“With a special team to deal with this problem, he …”)、独立结构(如“Wallet stolen, he …”)开头。建议相邻两个句子不要使用同样格式开头，而且一篇文章本身就没有很多句子，可以尝试所有开头都不相同。倒装的修辞手法不要太泛滥，免得看不清楚;省略的修辞手法最好不要用，以免减少词数;虚拟语气看情况使用，事实上一般用不到。
注意事项8：句子衔接问题
除了以上注意事项6,7提到的词汇与结构可以用作衔接之外，还有如下的一些词汇可以用作衔接。
表因果：so/so that/so … that;表顺连：and/then;表转折：however/notwithstanding/nonetheless/nevertheless。要注意的是，however等表转折的词使用的时候，前后一般都有个逗号，除非有一边本来是句号，这一点上和插入语一样。另外要注意的是，从一个句子到另一个句子一定要有某个词表示衔接过渡，句子内部各个分句也是一样，千万不要出现“I came, he went away.”这样的句子。最后还有一些非典型性衔接方式：指示代词(如this/that/these/those/such)+某些与上文相关的名词(如person/revelation/research/action/phenomena等，但是注意和指示代词的单复数要一致)用于承接;用举例的结构承接，如for example/for instance/the following could be exemplary/as a case in point;用副词表达作者的感情同时承接，如actually/usually/evidently/apparently/manifestly/patently/obviously/unfortunately/fortunately/in fact。
注意事项9：词汇的多样性
重复使用同一个词汇不会非常的讨好，所以要注意词汇的多样性。之所以把词汇多样性放在句子多样性之后，是因为到第八步为止，已经足够写出通顺的句子和段落了，所以从第九步开始是更高的要求。比如在Argument里面的逻辑纠错，可以在开头段指明“there are several drawbacks …”，下面几段分别论述的时候可以说“the first disadvantage is …”“the second flaw is …”和“the third fallacy is …”等。作文中如果能尽量少用be/have/take/get/do/go这些常见的意义广泛的实义动词，而换用更具体的动词如convince/fertilize/arrive/confuse/possess/influence/accomplish，会有想不到的效果，避免了文章的平庸。不只是动词，其他词性的词也可以作类似改变。另外可以改变句式和词性以获得强调效果，如“It is of great important.”和“It is very important.”就是很好的例子。形容词和副词的话可以使用两个相关词并列，比如neat and tidy，效果会更好。
注意事项10：关于段落过渡
段首中心句，可以根据除去开头结尾之后的论述段的数量选择下面的结构，当然论述段一般不宜超过四个。可以选用in the first place/in the second place/in the third place/in the last place，firstly/secondly/thirdly/lastly，on one hand/on the other hand，to begin with/furthermore/moreover/what is more/besides/last but not least等。furthermore/moreover/what is more/besides这几个词也可以用在段内的句间衔接，建议这几个词换着出现会比较好。
注意事项11：写作的开头结尾
这个需要靠自己练习才会有感觉。一般写到5-10篇就会慢慢有感觉的，这时候把这些文章拿出来综合一下，把自己最擅长用的模版总结出来，其他的弃而不用。从别人那里借用的模版不一定顺手，也不一定符合你自己的风格，所以一定要通过写作来获得磨合，把别人的模版经过自己的处理变成自己的模版，要确定这个唯一唯二的模版你无论如何都会记得你放到什么题目上面都能套用，千万不要拿到题目还要想半天我应该怎么开头。所以借鉴他人模版不是不可以，但是自己一定要练习5-10篇，整合出自己的模版然后就抓着这一个(最多两个)模版不放了，要确保自己在头脑一片空白的时候也能条件反射的写出这个框架来。有一点还要注意的就是，英语作文的结尾不要像汉语作文的结尾，写一些意思等同于“我们一起来吧”“大家一起努力”等非常适合加上感叹号的句子，英语作文结尾一般都只用句号即可，所以注意不要把汉语作文的激动情绪也搬过来。
注意事项12：关于写作逻辑
基本上除了GRE之外的作文不是对这个非常强调，所以不考GRE的只要做到自己不要前后矛盾即可。但若是考GRE的同学，一定要注意自己写出来的文字不要像是Argument给你逻辑错误遍地的文章。
注意事项13：关于写作文体
这里需要大家注意的是规范性书写的一些要点，这和口语以及非正体问题书写不同。这一步虽然操作起来不难，但是在十三步中间算是最高要求的，而且只要操作得当，你的作文词数会多出一些。有以下几点：引导从句的that不要省略，便于你自己和他人看清句子结构;减少撇号出现次数，I’m就是I am，she’ll就是she will，he isn’t就是he is not，属格如Tony’s car变成其他结构非常累赘所以就算了，但是非属格的所有缩略全部都要取消;数字用字母表达，比如4就是four，76就是seventy-six，基数词和序数词皆如此，2007-8-10表达为August 10th, 2007，28%写成twenty-eight percent;物理单位缩略最好处理成完整单词，W代表watt，m是meter，kg就是kilogram;公司集团协会等首字母缩写要适时地处理为全称，如BBS就应该写成Bulletin Board System (BBS)，当然如果通篇的BBS都这么替换的话会很累赘，可以适当的用the program之类的词语指代，但还是最好不要用BBS指代;假设的时候不要用you作为主语，用one或者we等。

我所教的学生中在写英语作文时，普遍存在这样一个情况：看完作文题，就开始写，想到哪写到哪，只要把孝歼字数凑够了就停笔了。

这样写出来的文章，看起来就像在记流水帐，没有任何逻辑，杂乱无章，毫无条理，同时容易出现用错时态、用错格式等的情况。

试想，如果你是试卷的命题人，你出作文题的时候，肯定有出这道题的独特的道理。所以仔细审题和构思就成了写作的第一步。如果可以的话大家最好能够参加一下雅思写作班，再加上雅思写作真题的训练。

审题的重点放在写作体裁、格式、字数方面，确保第一遍审题就能保证得到基本分。同时还要文体和时态，因为不同的文体要求的写作格式也是不同的，时态的要求也非常重要。

第三，提纲要详细。

审完题后一定要列提纲。很多学生认为，英语作文译成中文，最多是小学二年级的语文作文水平，所以根本没有必要列提纲。

其实，这种想法是非常错误的，因为提纲不仅能使文章的结构清晰，还有很重要的一点：防止漏掉作文内容。因为英语作文有一个很重要的要求：要点要全。

如果你漏掉了需要写的内容，即使文章写得再优美，用词再准确，也拿不了高分。最后要注意打草稿，然后修改。这样可以保证错误降低至最少或者没有错误，同时也能保持卷面整洁。

第四，文化差异要注意

我们要时刻牢记一点，中英文表达方式有很大的差异，所以体现在作文表达上也常常会出现生硬的中国式作文表达，降低了我们的作文质量。

所以注重中英语言差异，并努力找到两者之间的表达方式上的共通点，并且有意识的运用就能避免类似的问题。

第五，细节错误要摒弃。

很多孩子在写作文时常常感觉写得非常好，用上了几个高级句型或者不错的词汇短语，以为可以得高分，但最终结果出来后却与预想差距很大。

主要的原因是很多细节没有注意。比如第三人称单数，名词的单复数，大小写，甚至标点、书写、段落安排等，这些细节问题也很重要。

三、雅思备考常见疏忽点

1、准备不够充分。雅思考试和国内其他考试在测试方法和测试目的上有很大差别，这就需要我们的考生在考前做好充分的准备工作，要知道不同题型，明白答题要求，在平时的复习和备考阶段养成答题的习惯。在考前要按照雅思考试的测试标准进行充分、全面、系统的准备。没有这个过程，考生不可能在实际考试中充分发挥出自己的水平，取得良好的成绩。

the year of 2008 is getting closer and closer to us. We need to take actions from now on to prepare for the game. What we need to do most is to work on our disadvantages and shortings. As a student of Senior high, I can do my own part. Although I can’t transform our city into more a beautiful place on my own, I can help Beijing in *** all ways and encourage our clas *** ates and people around me to follow my lead.
Let me take the environment for example, the atmosphere around Beijing is quite disappointing, factories and cars keep giving off exhausts into the air, we can hardly see the blue sky with our naked eyes, because the sky is covered with a thick layer of harmful substances. The sky is gray instead of blue. To our delight, the government has passed some laws of protecting the air, and we can do something useful, too. For example, whenever we go out for a long distance, ride the bike or take the buses and subways instead of taxis. You may not have a clue how it works. Of course doing that only by one person is far from enough, but we can let more people do that together. In that case the result may be more than we bargained for.
Another thing we need to work on is our English skills. Teachers and parents often put great emphasis on our English skills especially listening and speaking. I want to be a volunteer in 2008, to be an interpreter. For now, I must do something helpful to improve my spoken English. Rome isn’t build in a day, so is English. It can’t be improved in a day or o. It takes time and energy. There are no shortcuts to improve your spoken English; the most productive way is to grab all opportunities around you to open your mouth. For instance, taking part in all kinds of English contests is a good way, you can meet some excellent contestants, and you can share the experience of learning and some good method of learning. I will keep participating in all English activities to polish up my English. I’m sure by the year of 2008, I will be able to master English well just as my mother tongue.
All in all, I’m sure that Beijing Olympic Games will be one of the most suessful Games in history. I believe our long-cherished dream will be fulfilled in a perfect way!

考试前不做准备原因英语作文

自考雅思英语要做那些准备

如果你时间充裕,单词最好能背背。不一定拿本很难的词汇。我自己亲身实践的结果是--背一本四级词汇，雅思就差不多够用了。
建议你报新东方的雅思培训班，它会教你雅思各种应试技巧。同样的英文功底，仅仅是学了这些技巧之后，你就能在原有基础上提高半分到一分。这不是夸张，我亲身实践过的。
一般雅思培训班都会在报名时为你准备资料。我用的是新东方大愚系列的单项练习，效果还不错。另外剑桥雅思，就是紫+黑色书皮的系列模拟题一定要做，从该系列第3本至少做到第7本。这些材料到处都有*。
听力要每天听。找一份听力材料，例如《LISTEN TO THIS》，用两方法训练：1，听一个句子的同时，手上记录关键词。2，听完一个句子，等念完后再写下来。我用这两个方法，两个月提高了一分的听力成绩。
口语要每天都练，不能停。如果没有伙伴可以和你一起练，那就对着镜子说。口语题目在我刚才提到的模拟题上都有样题。
阅读用我提到的剑桥雅思和新东方大愚系列就够了。
写作第一部分的练习是有套路的，照着套路写就可以，参见新东方基础写作（差不多是这个书名，蓝白皮的）。写作第二部分要写好，平时必须注意多看新闻，关注社会，否则考场上会陷入无话可说的窘境。
