一般情况下，对于英文中的专有名词出现的时候，首字母就一定要大写，如果首字母不大写的话，就不能证明是专有名词，是要扣分的，在没有例题参照的情况下，要结合上下文和前后词语来进行判断。对于习惯小写的同学，字母可以全部大写，因为专有名词字母全部大写了也不扣分。可以这样说只要是郑枝听力考试，大写就绝对不吃亏！

对于听力中单词大小写的问题，徐佩老师是这样回答的：

确定用大写的情况：

1)学科名，建筑名，场所名称，书名，机构名，人名等
其中提问的标志是: what is the title/name of....., known as/called

2)句子第一个单词首字母
其它情况是否用大写不是扣分点。
单词一般没有明确说明是“two words”的时候，连起来写没问题。如果实在不能确定，用一下连字符。如：check-list
