雅思口语高频难点解析：描述环保相关法律

雅思考试中，法律类的题目一直都是难点，尤其口语考试让我们描述法律法条，下面让我们来看一下环境法的题。

Describe a law about environment you like to see in the future

you should say

what this law will be about

how this law will take effects

why is it important to have this law

and what changes wil happen because of this law

题目本身三个关键词:

法律、环境、将来

相对以前的题目，难度大幅增加以往考法律，只要你自选任何一个你熟悉的法律就行了，而这里给我们了一个限定，必须是环境相关的而且是关于将来的那么，时态就需要使用很多次的will，一般将来时

第一部分， 我们需要说这个法规是什么如果是关于环境的话，一定是因为环境出现了问题，所以我们要制定相应的法律去解决这些问题所以，在回答的时候，我们可以在说这个法律职前，先对现存的环境问题做一个简单的描述比如：

全球变暖：global warming/ temperature rise/ carbon emission/ ice glaciers and caps melt/ sea level rise/ fishing industry/ residents living in coastal areas

空气污染：air pollution/ exhaust from cars and factories/ burning of fossil fuels

水污染：water/ ocean pollution/ chemical runoff/ untreated sewage

白色污染：white pollution/ plastic bags/ non-biodegradable materials

水土流失：soil erosion/ soil fertility decrease

乱砍乱伐：deforestation

如果你想说关于那个问题的法律，你就把这个问题的基本原因：自然和人为的，以及现状简单描述一下，就可以引出你需要提议的一项法律了我们在说这个法律的时候，没有必要给一个具体的名字，也没有必要说得太具体，就说关于什么的，就可以了比如:

A law about how to control carbon emission in order to deal with the global warming

A law about how to reduce the car exhaust in order to deal with the air pollution.

第二部分， 这个法律如何生效也就是人们应该怎么做，以及怎么保证人们都能这么做相当于，我们给一些具体的解决你前面提到环境问题的办法比如：

限制汽车的尾气排放：restrict the carbon emission from cars

限制工厂的污水排放: limit the sewage released from factories

减少垃圾袋的使用: reduce the use of plastic bags

提高能源的使用效率等: raise the efficiency of fuel

而想要这些具体的方法能实行，通常需要*的宏观管理，比如：

严格的惩罚措施：more stringent and higher penalty

宣传教育：enlarge the scope of publicity

具体可行的方法：provide feasible measures to..

定期的检查: regular check and supervision of the implementation of the law

第三个问题 ，说说为什么这个法律很重要其实就是说法律颁布之后的好处不过，如果我们全部说好处，会和下面的一个问题内容有些重复，我的建议，不如我们在这个问题的部分，说一些坏处，也就是，如果我们不立即采取这个措施，环境会变得非常不可控制

If this law is not introduced immediately and imposed strictly, the current environment will become worse and uncontrollable in the near future.

或者：

I think this law is of vital importance, because if it is not implemented in the coming decade, the ecosystem cannot sustain and the nature mother cannot ensure the survival of both human being and other creatures. / The survival of human beings will be threatened.

最后一个问题，关于这个法律颁布之后的一些变化，我们是要从好的方面去说

比较抽象的一些公用的好处可以说：

促进生态平和: contribute to the balance of ecosystem

改善生活环境: improve the living standard

保护野生动物: protecting the wild animals

提高了人们的环保意识: raise the awareness of environment protection

对人类的可持续发展做出贡献: be conducive to the sustainable development of humanity

最后，以我自己的想法，给大家提供一个参考的答案：

The law that I would like to see in the future is about a significant environmental problem which can be widely seen all over the globe, the white pollution. Since the invention of plastic bags, our life has been facilitated to the largest extent; most people don’t have to take heavy bags made from cotton, canvas, or animal fur. However, many of these plastic bags can only be used once, and when they are thrown away, they cannot be degraded and even pose threat to the fertility of the soil because the commonest way to deal with white pollution is to bury them deeply underground.

Therefore, I see great urgency to initiate a law which strictly bans the use of all plastic bags, especially those made from non-degradable materials in every aspect of our life and under any circumstances. This law will take effects by the central government fining companies which continue producing these bags and supermarkets or shopping malls which provide the bags for free or with a minimum charge. Also, ordinary shoppers should be encouraged to reuse the bags by giving them discount for the purchase and instructing them the proper approach to recycle the plastic materials.

This law, in my view, is very important, not only because the ecosystem is threatened by the soil erosion caused by plastic bags, but also, if we continue using these bags, the survival of the human beings may be endangered.

When the law is implemented, the awareness of environmental pollution can be enhanced and most people, hopefully, will no longer use plastic bags in their daily life. They will choose more environmentally friendly materials such as paper bags. Since then, the cities will no longer be engulfed in white pollution and soil productivity can be increased.
