Describe an intelligent person

My friend Sophie is one of the most intelligent people I have met, and she has worked hard her entire life, but still dedicated to other people. We first met each other in a mathematics class a few years ago, where I had witnessed how *art she was when she helped me solve a mathematical issue. I would love to tell you all about her because I am as proud as a peacock of her.

She has proved her intelligence in many fields. For instance, apart from getting first-class grades in all subjects, last year, she also got a prize of Meritorious Winner” （优异奖 ）from the Mathematical Contest in Modeling （美国数学建模竞赛）.It was a contest where teams of undergraduates use mathematical modeling to present their solutions to real-world problems. She can learn things independently and quickly.

I am very proud of her and get inspired by her achievements. I believe my friend will go far in life as she has always been intelligent and has made it her mission to make the world a better place. I know; if anyone can pull this off, then it is definitely going to be her. I truly look up to her and hope to have a mere fraction of her intelligence as I move through my life and achieve my own goals.
