Describe a person who you have lived with before

The person I would like to talk about is Jamie who is my roommate in high school and also my best friend. I first met Jamie six years ago in high school when she and her family moved here from Beijing. We was assigned to live in the same apartment, to me. We have become close friends ever since then.

We started studying together in an after school homework program in high school. It seemed we started getting more homework that year, so joining the after school program was a good idea for us. The first thing I noticed was how *art she was. She was very good at Math, which was my weakest subject. Whenever I couldn ^, t understand the Math questions and concepts, she patiently answered my questions and explained the concepts in detail. She quietly and quickly went through her Math homework and was often the first person done. Then she helped me to finish mine.

On the other hand, she needed more time in English and History, which were my strongest subjects. I would help her with any memorization she needed to do and her other homework.

In the second season in high school, I really enjoy working on projects with her because we complement each other very well. She is good at Math and Technology. I am good at writing and design. Also, because we are friends, we share the work equally and work together very well. It was really good to study and live with her!

我想说的人是Jamie,她是我的高中舍友也是我最好的朋友。我第一次见到杰米是在六年前的高中，当 时她和她的家人从北京搬到这里。我们被安排到一个宿舍里面了。从那时起我们就成了亲密的朋友。

高中的时候，我们开始一起学习课外作业。那年我们似乎开始有更多的家庭作业，所以我们都喜欢参 加课外活动。我首先注意到的是她非常聪明。她的数学很好，这是我最弱的科目。每当我不能理解数 学问题和概念时，她都会耐心地回答我的问题，并详细地解释概念。她安静而迅速地做完了数学作业， 经常是第一个做完的人。然后她帮我完成了我的那一份。

另一方面，她需要花更多的时间在英语和历史上面，但这是我学得最好的科目。所以我会告诉她如何 记忆要点和帮助她完成其他家庭作业。

在高中的第二个学期里，我非常喜欢和她一起做项目，因为我们可以很好的互补。她擅长数学和技术。 我擅长写作和设计。而且，因为我们是朋友，我们平等地分担工作，一起工作得很好。和她一起学习 真是太好了。
