这是一道人物类话题，讲述一位帮助过你的人，题目比较贴近我们的生活，难度适中。大家可以从校园环境、家庭生活中教会我们知识或者为我们提供帮助的人来展开思路，根据小问分解回答要点。

题目分解：
先问“Who he or she is” 他/她是谁？
一般情况下可以从熟悉的老师、家人、朋友说起，如果有比较特殊的经历，也可以是在某一个场合陌生人主动提供的帮助，只要是结合自己的亲身经历加以描述即可。

第二问“When and where he or she helped you” 什么时间什么地点他/她帮助了你？
时间，地点都是比较常规的回答。时间的描述可以是比较模糊的年份，也可以具体到某一天的某一个时刻；地点的描述可以从国家、城市、区域、详细地址，也可以从地点的属性来描述，比如学校、家里、公司、街边等等。

第三问“How he or she helped you”如何帮助你的？
这一小问应该对整个他人帮助你的过程进行一个细节的描述，为了让自己的素材更加丰富，可以说在接受帮助前是什么状况，他人以什么样的形式提供的帮助，是口头的教导/鼓励，实际付出的行动，还是提供了其他的资源和渠道等等，之后还可以讲一讲自己在接受帮助后的结果如何。

第四问“And explain how you felt about his or her help” 你的感受？
一般情况下接受他人的帮助我们先想到的就是感激、感动之情，然后还可以进一步延伸到自己的想法，接收了他人的帮助，将来有一天遇到同样的情况也会愿意帮助别人等等。

About one month ago, I was told by my teacher that I didn’t reach the final competition. I was extremely upset and grieved since I thought I had made full preparation for that competition. I packed all my stuff and decided to use the restroom before I leave.

When I got into the restroom, I found the floor was somehow wet, and since the floor was made of marble, it was even harder for me to keep balance, so I decided to leave for my own safety, however all of a sudden, I slipped and almost fell, I closed my eyes and hoped not to get hurt. Surprisingly, I was held by a young girl with long curly hair, she said she has been witnessing and paying attention to me since the moment I got into this restroom, I acted so nervously and frightened that she hesitated whether to support me or not, after all we were strangers.

Frankly speaking, I didn’t expect anyone to help me at the moment since everyone around me were all strangers, however, what this girl did made me feel really warm, especially under the situation that I was fragile and needed comfort. Although she didn’t do anything that helped me a lot, her warm actions and kind heart moved me a lot. I thought there were very few warm-hearted people in that city, but I was wrong. I decided to be a person like her and always dedicate myself to give help, in case that there are also other people like me who needed just a little support.
