范例： As far as I’m concerned, I like the house.  I like the house of my uncle. This is really one luxurious villa in the country side of Hangzhou . You know, the climate and weather of Hangzhou is totally different from that of Beijing , because it is in the southeast of China . The rainy and warm weather enable many trees and grass grows well and my uncle’s villa is just located in the midst of trees and bamboo. I really like the tall, gentle and slim bamboo around the villa. You can never see this green bamboo in Beijing . In spring, summer and autumn, you can see many little animals and lovely birds appear around the villa. And in summer, my uncle and his family members have the good opportunity to prevent themselves from the scorching sunlight because of the shadow. In the spring, they can even collect many bamboo shoots to make some delicious dishes. The villa is large. It has two floors. It has 7 rooms, 2 bath rooms, one reading room, one spacious kitchen, one gymnasium room. The family members live on the second floor and the first floor is for entertainment, meeting guests and dinner,etc. I like the gymnasium room because there is one snooker table, thus I can play some snooker with my uncle. In every room, there is the access to the Internet, thus every summer vacation when I stay there in the villa, I can browse the Internet.

At night, I can have a drink with the family members and chat our different life in Beijing and Hangzhou , and then when I sleep there, it is very quiet without the noise of the city. I like the feeling. That is the world of my self.

题目二：Why do you think some people invest a huge amount of money in buying houses?

范例： A house actually speaks a lot about the person who lives inside it. Some people invest a huge amount of money to buy a house because it is a reflection of how much they have achieved. Some people are willing to shell out a large sum of money because they would like to enjoy a quality and comfortable home with their family. After all, who would not want to take comfort in a nice and pleasant house after a tiring and stressful day?

题目三：Should we live in a flat or in a house?

范例： Whether to live in a flat or in a house would actually depend on the lifestyle of the resident. It would be practical for a single professional who just comes home to sleep, take a shower and go to work to live in a flat for his own convenience. But it would be advisable for a family especially with children to live in a house as they will more likely be able to make full use of the space and the rooms. Of course, needless to say that we must live in a place where our budget could afford.
