说到holiday 大家都会比较激动；

Q: What do you usually do on holidays?

A: I throw myself into the mass of people shopping in malls, visiting cultural sites and enjoying street-side entertainment. A person who stepped on your toes in the Temple of Earth, that was probably me. I devote much of my time to shopping, as the stores usually have considerable discounts during holiday seasons, but the truth is that I just like wandering through the crowds and being surrounded by people who are obviously enjoying themselves in public. During the holidays China becomes one big amusement park.

Q：where would you like to go for holiday?

Well,I’d like to go to the Great Wall if I have a chance to travel.The Great Wall is a symbol of China’s splendor in the past.So it bears the flavor of history .When we visit the Great Wall ,we seen to roam in the pictures of history.It’s so fascinating that we have a proverb in China ,that is:a man who does not come to the Great Wall is not a true man.

The visit of the Great Wall can enrich our experience since we can learn more about history ,the ancient China’s development and how we modern people can keep the fast-growing pace.

虽然度假对大多数人来说是件令人兴奋的事，但是也并非每个人都很喜欢旅游哦！

Q:Where do you usually go for holidays?

A:I rarely stay at home for the holidays. I prefer to explore our country, to travel to areas I've heard about from friends or read about in books. In the past 3 years I've toured cities in the Southwest and Northwest of China. Considering the size and diversity of our country, I wouldn't feel I could speak about it with any degree of authority unless I used my holidays to gain a greater appreciation for the richness of its multiple regions.

Q:What do people usually do during holidays in your town?

A: Generally speaking, residents of my town like to travel to the countryside and attempt to enjoy a more peaceful and relaxing holiday It seems each holiday one may find large numbers of people on the roads. The city empties, save for the shoppers who remain to take advantage of the seasonal discounts. There are also those who head to the parks rather than the countryside. Each holiday one may find the parks have various activities to entertain the increased volume of people.
