Vatican City is the world’s *allest state. This landlocked sovereign city-state is located within the City of Rome – the capital of Italy. It is one of the most visited cities/countries in the world.. It has an area of approximately 44 hectares (110 acres), and a population of around 840.This makes Vatican City the *allest internationally recognized independent state in the world by both area and populatiaon.The pope is also the head of state and government of the Vatican City state.

这里在给大家说一些有关这个国家非常有趣的事情

1 there is no barber’s in the country. People have to go to Rome for the hair cut.

2 Unlike other states the world over where if one is born of parents who are citizens of that country one becomes a citizen of it, you can only be made a citizen of the Vatican by appointment to work in the city-state. If you lose your            Vatican Citizenship when you lose your job and have no citizenship of another country, you automatically become Italian.

3 Vatican City has a reasonably well developed transport network considering its size (consisting mostly of a plaza and walkways). As a country that is 1.05 kilometers long and 0.85 kilometers wide, it has a *all with no airports or highways. There is a standard railway connected to Italy's network at Rome's Saint Peter's station by an 852-meter-long spur, 300 meters of which is within Vatican territory.The railway is mainly used to transport transportation system freight. As Vatican City has no airports (it is one of the few  independent states in the world without one), it is served by the airports that serve the city of Rome

4 Vatican City has no official language and literacy is 100 percent. It has no sport league or stadium and no agricultural activities too.
