如何让雅思口语答案＂丰满＂而有＂营养＂

许多同学都喜欢在雅思口语考试中这样说： “My hometown is very beautiful, and the people are very friendly.”

虽然这样说没有语法上得错误，但如果可以在说出那个形容词之后加上一句解释，回答就会变得更完美，例如：

My hometown’s a very beautiful city, which I know is what a lot of people say about their hometown, but I really do mean it, because there’s so much greenery around the city . And another thing I’d say about my hometown is that the people are really friendly. For example, they’re always very welcoming towards visitors, and if you’re a guest at someone’s home, they’ll look after you very well.

下面也有一些如何讲事物更详细的描绘出来的例子：

1. My teacher is very patient, you know, she never gets angry or loses her temper with us .

2. Most of my science classes at school were really boring. I mean, all we did was just go through the text book .

3. My grandfather is really interesting, because I mean, whenever I’m with him, he always tells me a lot of stories about his life .

4. My major’s really interesting, because for example, we do a lot of case studies of foreign companies operating in China, which helps us learn more about the practical side of doing business, and not just the theory.

5. He’s a really funny guy, you know, he’s always cracking jokes and he never seems to take anything seriously.

从上面的例子中可以看出，可以用一些连词作为要详细描述的开始，例如：

- …, you know,……

- …, cos you know,… (cos = because)

- . I mean,…

- …, because I mean……

- …, cos I mean,……

- For example,……

- …, because for example……(this might sound strange in Chinese, but it’s commonly said in English)

学会上述的做法，就会让雅思口语的答案不再平平无奇，哪怕没有很新颖的idea，也会让答案看上去多姿多彩。
