雅思口语新话题——科学课

Describe a fantastic science class you have experienced or a lecture that you have attended. You should:
Say what the class or lecture was about

And explain why you enjoyed the class or lecture

范文：

The best science class that I have ever had was when I was about 14 years old in high school. I can still remember my biology teacher telling us that he had a surprise for us, and not to bring our books or pencil case to the next lesson! This made all my clas*ates and me very excited!

So the next morning, we arrived at school and our first class was biology. My friends and I all left our bags in our lockers, and went to the class, discussing what the lesson might be about! When we walked into the classroom, we all gasped! It had been redecorated as a jungle, and there was a stranger standing with our teacher.

The stranger was an expert from a local zoo. She had come to teach us about exotic animals. I can’t even remember her name; it was Doctor something! She had brought along lots of exotic animals, like tarantulas, parrots, snails, fish, and even a snake! She taught us about where they came from, what their diet is, and the food chain of the jungle. She even explained some basics about the anatomy of the animals, and how they have evolved over the centuries. At the end of the class, we were allowed to hold and touch the less dangerous animals! I volunteered to have the snake rest around my shoulders. It was very scary, but also very exciting!

I enjoyed this class because it was a practical class. We could see in real life the animals that before we had only studied about in books. Most of the time, students find learning boring, but this was lots of fun - it didn’t seem like learning! Everyone is my class enjoyed it and learned a lot. Even now, all these years later, I can still remember that class. I wish more science classes at school were like that one!
