雅思阅读heading题解题秘方之—段与段之间的关系

在很多烤鸭和教师的心目中一直会被雅思阅读中的“List of heading”这种题型给困扰着。尽管老师总结了很多方法，学生似乎也学习了很多方法但是在考场上似乎总是差把劲，总是有种雾里看花，水中望月，朦朦胧胧，不清不楚，终在举棋不定中一咬牙胡乱的选了个错的。 接下来的陈西老师将以几篇文章为例，从不同的角度对这种题型进行抽丝剥茧，希望让烤鸭能够拨云见日。

考生切记如果一个段落没有万分把握先勿胡乱猜测 ，因为误选一个后果可能一错错一对，人品爆棚的娃儿甚至会因连锁效应，来了个全篇都错；如果一段没有看明白，记得看下一段，下一段的句话说不定可以提示到你上一段的大意，尤其是出现比较明显的标志词，比如：not only…but also…, …still… .beyond,等，这些词可以说就是过渡句的标志词，比如出现not only…but also…那么通常not only 后面是承接上文，而but also才是下文要表达的核心，still，和beyond实际上有异曲同工之妙，比如大看下面两段文字（摘自剑6）：

B . The Canadian Arctic is a vast, treeless polar desert that’s covered with snow for most of the year. Venture into this terrain and you get some idea of the hardships facing anyone who calls this home. Farming is out of the question and nature offers meager pickings. Humans first settled in the Arctic a mere 4500 years ago, surviving by exploiting sea mammals and fish.
