虽然官方*说是复议信不需要，但复议信还是有用的。不一定是在senior examiner那儿直接影响评分，但是可以让当地考机构(e.g. BC)加快复议程序(邮寄和通知)

手写是大忌，无论你书法多好。格式的话，当做申述邮件写成。全文写完打印出来，再手写签名即可。标题可有可无，文始称谓(e.g. Dear Sir/Madam)和文末致敬(e.g. Yours truly)要有。内容方面，述求要有礼有节，语气要中肯，不可夸大。

Dear Sir or Madam,  My name is Sun Mingyuan(Candidate No.: 059804). I took part in the IELTS test (Academic Training) on 4th June, 2021 for the purpose of applying forthe Master Degree of Transportation Engineering abroad. Bearing the puzzlement of the result, I am writing to re-check the reasses*ent of my test score.  I have prepared the IELTS exam for almost 2 years; In the course of preparation, I devoted myself to the language study and differences between language background . For the past 2 years, I have spent over 7 hours a day to prepare for the IELTS exam. I made appointments with foreign teachers in my college for IELTS speaking, learnt skills from them. Moreover, I practiced both the task 1 and task 2 on writing section and I was greatly benefited from a native-English teacher on writing structure and how to improve my writing grammar. After study, she told me that my writing skill had improved a lot. However, I still got 5.5 in the writing part and this really made me puzzled and frustrated.  Thanks for my excellent academic background; I have fortunately obtained an offer from the University in England, which condition was to reach at least 6 on all four components before July. If I cannot get a satisfactory score, I will lose this opportunity to further my education at my dream school. And taking another exam is extremely inconvenient for me, so I request to remark my writing section.  Any help from you will be truly appreciated.  Best regards 签名
