1. What can children help parents with?

Children can help their parents with chores around the house. There are many daily tasks which need to be completed in any household and a lot of these tasks are simple and easy for children to help with. This can be anything from cleaning, looking after pets or even helping their parents with the cooking. It is good for children to help their parents in this way because it teaches them a sense of responsibly and a good work ethic.

2. What are the benefits of children helping their parents?

One of the benefits of children helping their parents with the housework is the reduction of the workload for the parents. Most parents are in fulltime jobs to earn the money to support their family which means they are very busy all the time. Therefore, it is extremely helpful if children can help their parents with the housework because this gives the parents more time to relax and spend time with their family. This is good for the wellbeing of both the parents and the children.

3. Should parents reward their children when they help others?

I think parents should reward their children when they help others but not excessively. It is good for children to help others so this is behaviour which should be encouraged in children and a good way to do that is by rewarding the child. This reward can simply be complimenting the child or a *all gesture such as making them their favourite food for dinner. However, children should not be rewarded excessively because they should help others as it is the right thing to do, and not because they expect a reward.

4. Do parents help children because they need their children to help them when they are old?

I do not think parents help children because they need their children to help them when they are old. Parents help children because it is the natural and right thing to do. Parents help their children because they love their children and want what is best for them in life. And this is the same reason that their children will help their parents when they are old, because they love each other. Humans are intelligent and emotionally sophisticated, so not all of our decisions are made out of self-interest.
